They're not the only ones keeping a low profile.

Or the £4.7m in Screamcast Media / Screamcast Marketing / Streamcast (pick your favourite), all of which appears to be invisible on the interweb.

At least they're having one I suppose. Someone should ask them whether the Motivideo that was dissolved in 2017 is the same one they claim to own £3.5m worth of shares in.

From the RAP AGM document:

11. Any shareholder attending the meeting has the right to ask questions. The company must cause to be answered any such question relating to the business being dealt with at the meeting but no such answer need be given if

(a) to do so would interfere unduly with the preparation for the meeting or involve the disclosure of confidential information,

(b) the answer has already been given on a website in the form of an answer to a question,

or (c) it is undesirable in the interests of the company or the good order of the meeting that the question be answered.

-------

That simply means they can ignore any difficult questions!

Skinny,

I think it will be the Frankfurt Open Market, the OTCBB equivalent of the German Stock Exchnage.

I'm not sure that will be ISA'ble, as it may not be a recognised exchange.

I still don't see that any exchange anywhere would let a company list when the trading in most of the shares is frozen under POCA.

But we'll see.

I would think the team are considering asking Allan to step back (but not out) when it comes to anything listing wise. I would guess Frankfurt too. Electronic shares gifted easily, ISA'able etc

Knigel,

Some exchanges don't allow that, but the OTCBB does I believe.

Could he be forced to sell his shares?
It isn't healthy to have one person holding the majority of shares in one company which then has the majority shareholding (58%?) in another company!
