02/6/2013 15:15 | Because they have put Worldlink Technology Management UK Limited (the holder of the UK patent) into Administration already. The PLC has no control over that as an entity. Losing creditors - what you describe is fraud my friend. I fear your cloak has just fallen with a clumsy post. YOU are not what you seem. | hugosamuel
02/6/2013 14:53 | how does that have any relevance warwick? if the PLC closes, our shares are lost. worldlink themselves have put it into the voluntary liquidation process with the intention of winding it up. how does the bettingservice help our shares in the plc? the betting service is not even owned by the PLC. no relevance whether it is Riches or not. edit: in fact, it looks like they have managed to get the patent and the BB deal away from the PLC so how. why is that making you happy? it should make you feel sick like I currently feel. | hugosamuel

02/6/2013 09:53 | I stand by most or those comments this company has been hampered by companies not paying the rights to use the technology and forces that do not want them to succeed IMHO | warwick69

31/5/2013 23:11 | still disappointing to see it in black and white. but you're right, a write-off is better than nothing. i imagine the ipr will be snuck out of the Technology Management UK subsidiary before the PLC process can get its hands on it. WLTM UK is already being voluntary liquidated and i am willing to bet the only creditors (you know who) will get the IPR in lieu of "debts" and their will be no IPR or proceeds for the following PLC liquidation. | hugosamuel
31/5/2013 20:36 | Blasted shame really, the IPR was attractive but it seems the wrong dudes were running the boat. It's a voluntary arrangement so IMO it's even more important to return that ridiculous bonus and make bloody sure certain significant persons aren't allowed anywhere near the IPR. Ah well, at least we can write off these as a loss now! | sojourno
31/5/2013 18:27 | Well that's that then. Thanks Soj. | peterblok

29/5/2013 10:26 | Richgit, this is what is confusing and frustrating.Who knows what is/has gone on. I fear we will never know and will be just left with holes in our pockets... It's criminal really. | breakdance2
28/5/2013 19:55 | Breakdance2 That is what makes it all even more a Mystery !! Whilst I can see the arguments Mr Riches "may have milked it", there didn't appear to be anything to Milk. At least -not known of- until We see the accounts (if ever). What else is odd is... if it is so broke and so utterly devoid of any chance of finance coming in-then why hasn't there been pressure to simply put it into Administration before now ?. Of course as much that is posted on the BB`s has not been- officially confirmed- it will all come out in the wash, whilst some things sound so absurd it`s difficult to believe they are true. | richgit
28/5/2013 18:54 | Quite unbelievable !! JakNife I didn't pay much for the stock and invested little in My Wife`s name for some fun, yet not to see it disappear without any fighting chance at all. First glance at the cash in the Bank made me highly suspicious, yet whilst not as fully a regulated London Stock exchange listing, you would expect better checks than AIM,so that currently looks quite some endictment. Not knowing the History it looked like having at least a Sporting chance (lol) in what has become a Gamblers anonymous UK. It wasn't worth a flutter at £50 Million of course as that was fiction and obvious to all-yet at a fraction of that it looked reasonable for a small stake. | richgit |
