28/5/2013 15:33 | HS 4708 of 4715. Was a question. | watchingin
28/5/2013 13:13 | my bad, they have got Ramsgates, Whyteleafe and one of the Sunderland supporter association branches... | hugosamuel
28/5/2013 13:11 | They have a terrible track record before the LSE listing and not many people a) bothered to look or (most importantly), b) were prepared to listen the those that had. i am guilty of b. it is all promises and zero achievement. as richgit pointed out but many many more... - chryson jv (worldlink brokers) never got going because worldlink could not get an fsa license. - napdap (one man band, nothing) - jv with dusanne infotech - the potential 'offer' from the one man band above the loan shop in Chicago, One Media Technology. wonder who did well selling shares on that bs... -case against bet365... - defeat to city index - isportsconnect - loss to paros but reported as a win because they didn't have to pay the full amount paros wanted(!) - fulham fc - newcastle fc - sunderland fc - football league - andrew ellis investment (where exactly?) - clubwebsite - jarvis jv (virtually no revenue) - 2010 Worldspreads - original referrer deal to ladbrokes - nominated rep deal with saxobank - european patent still pending -15 million from EPF, garbage -probably the only decent thing they did was get Pearson but they even managed to screw that up -markman case in US - qprc about to get a licence in 2008, or 2009, or 2010 etc - listed on German Xtradax in 2010 and collapse over 95% until then delisted and relisted on lse magically at a massively larger valuation - failed 2009 reverse aim listing - bridge hall stockbrokers gone... - gft global markets patent case - telegraph deal on i-mobilemarkets - i-mobilemarkets closed - worldink brokers closed look at page 38 of the Prospectus and you will see that the two principal activities are basically dead. so what has been achieved? apart from the approx. £1.5 m in bonuses and benefits? and this is before the can of worms that older capital ideas thing is looked at that is in the thread jaknife mentioned. | hugosamuel
27/5/2013 23:38 | You forget that the majority of supposedly 'big signings/deals' were done post suspension... Doesn't make sense. | breakdance2
27/5/2013 00:55 | Does anyone know the truth behind all this.? They were supposed to have financial support up to EU15Million They were supposed to have agreed a JV with Chryson Wealth Management. Then they supposedly signed up all the Clubs mentioned, and then the next thing is they are begging for £1.2 million for Worldlink Sports, owned by Wordlink group. How on earth is the London Stock exchange putting up with all this, and who is paying for the listing ? If this was an AIM stock it would now be kicked off, yet some say Aim is the Cesspit. Worldlink Sport, Worldlink Brokers,Worldlink Group, yet where is the funding for Worldlink Group ,never mind Worldlink Sports & Worldlink Brokers. Confused Yes -and I don't think I have ever witnessed a Cesspit Aim stock being suspended for financial clarifications and accounts, just months after listing. | richgit
26/5/2013 07:39 | \"Neil Riches is a good conman\" | 4laffalot
21/5/2013 15:25 | watching, is that a question or a statement? if latter, what is company name? this is the only voluntarily administration listed. looks to me like attempting a fast track winding up of the sub holding the patent and a patent 'relocation' prior to the June adjournment date coming around to keep it out of the PLC. who knows? | hugosamuel
19/5/2013 14:17 | HS 4704 New company been formed, with or without N Riches listed? | watchingin

17/5/2013 19:25 | no update coming. voluntary liquidation of Tech UK sub with patent, get patent out in settlement of "debts" to that sub only, just leave promised PLC voluntary process until court adjournment at which point the court appointed administrators arrive too late and the patent is already gone. just my opinion... | hugosamuel
17/5/2013 17:12 | How long does it take to write the update Ritches....? | breakdance2

10/5/2013 13:22 | this is for Worldlink Technology UK Limited (not the PLC) but this sub is the one that had the patent transferred into it by ITS. probably has no creditors except management as it has been listed as dormant. attempt to pass title of patent directly to Riches & Co in consideration of 'debts' prior to the PLC being liquidated with this subsidiary as part of it? dated 7th May 2013 (appointment was 26th April...) "In the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division Birmingham District Registry No 8029 of 2013 Worldlink Technology Management (UK) Limited (Company Number 07211704) Nature of Business: Dormant business (formerly Worldlink Technology Management Limited) Address of Registered Office: C/o NR Sharland, 4th Floor Bristol & West House, Post Office Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 1BN Principal Trading Address: 4A Alma House, Alma Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 0AX Date of Appointment: 26 April 2013 Administrators' Names and Address: Timothy James Heaselgrave (IP No 9193), of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD. 08/5/2013 09:50 | warwick, was wondering if you wouldn't mind asking Mr Riches a question. in the very remote hope something is going on behind the scenes, can you ask him if the 2012/2013 Audited Accounts will be out by the final deadline? They are due on 30 June (at the latest) so should probably be underway by now. Cheers..H | hugosamuel
04/5/2013 14:04 | LOL....the patents must be really spooking the likes of Bet365, William Hill, Ladbrokes etc etc etc cos their adverts are everywhere Rodders. Maybe when he said "Mobile platforms" he meant hot dog vans and "devices" is hearing aids?? Interest must be gathering for the liquidator hearing...who is going to bid for Lot #7 ...the chair that R5 used to occupy at Worldlink Towers !! Must be worth a few pennies ! Personally will go for the company oyster card that was used to attend lots of Big Meetings in Town...LOL | 4laffalot
04/5/2013 12:11 | the good news: Worldlink have "gatekeeper patented technology over all mobile platforms and devices." the bad news: they are standing at the wrong gate. this is a brief synopsis of the situation: https://www.youtube. | hugosamuel
04/5/2013 12:00 | "RAMSGATE have clinched a deal with Worldlink that could make the club MILLIONS and propel them all the way to the Premiership. That's the view of NEIL RICHES, managing director of Worldlink, who have teamed up with Rams to launch a betting service that is set to go nationwide and potentially change the face of non-league football." January 2012 Roll forward 1 year and 4 months later.... Last home game for Ramsgate, April 2013: Ramsgate 0, Corinthian-Casuals 0. Attendance 208. Final Position 2012/13 in Rymans South Division 7th. 12 losses. 19 points behind the Division winners, the mighty Dulwich Hamlet. | hugosamuel

01/5/2013 15:29 | HS thanks yes I understand now. The only thing left is the patents but as suggested the initial move from WITS for SA nominal future payment seems reversible now that no nominal Allie can be realised. Feel a plan B coming on!!!!! | beenshafted
