(Company Number 06448562) and in the Matter of the the Insolvency Act 1986

A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (number 06448562) of Thames House, Portsmouth Road, Esher, Surrey KT10 9AD was first presented to the Court on 20 December 2012. On 4 February 2013 an order for substitution was made in favour of Candey LLP, of 8 Stone Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, London WC2A 3TA (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company. The Petition will be heard by the High Court of Justice sitting at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, 110 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Monday 18 March 2013, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday 15 March 2013.

10k customers is peanuts. And how many of the ten thousand are actively betting, they may have 10k signed up once only and only 200 betting regular. means nothing. and if worldlink are only getting a small share of what they make then its fxxk all of fxxk all. If BB sell out to a bigger player then WL wont have anyone to design websites for any longer. Sounds like Riches deserves another pay rise pay for all those pinacolda's !!! lol

where the f££k is my money? gimme back my money.

decent growth for BB, they had 2,000 this time last year and had a compulsory winding up petition going. good on them. coral were getting 8-10K new customers per annum I think on the FL deal but obviously it slows down after initial rush. to put it in perspective, Betfair have over 4 million online customers. all the big players are in the many millions especially the big three Ladrokes, William Hill and Corals.

Interesting also that the 2011/2012 accounts are for the Listing year. The listing prospectus includes accounts for the first six months of the 2011/2012 year. No bonuses paid to that point, no mention of massive increase in basic or disclosure of bonuses/benefits in seven figures. That means it happened after listing doesn't it? So between late November 2011 and February 2012.
