As planned my @rse.unless his plan was to be given a last chance through case adjournment to come up with a settlement package that is acceptable to ALL the creditors on the petition by end of April or be wound up. think he's got til 29th or 30th. The amount is in six figures for the 2 or 3 attached to this petition then the next lot probably come along even if he sorts them out. Might as well p1ss on a bonfire. my forecast is big bonfire still raging come 29th and hands covered in p1ss ;-)

This morning went as planned. I will now be opening an account on the forums to update the shareholders and also a Twitter account as to the progress of Worldlink within the parameters I am allowed.

you must be joking surely. i can't form a sentence from just using the C word and nothing else. i have zero ability to have a cordial conversation with him. you have no idea how hard i find it to stay relatively civil in here after that annual report.

he can keep the website and RNS machine going for positive news but suddenly forgets and needs twitter and a forum account for crucial negative stuff like City Index case, loss of prem deals, final stage 'negotiations' not happening, liquidating the odd sub or two, huge £5 million plus losses, £10K revenue over 14 months, closing Worldlink Brokers, closing i-mobilemarkets, being pursued by own lawyers, moving the patent for £1, writing the disastrous Chairmans Statement for ITS etc. oh yeah, a forum account will sort it. my bad!

breakdance nailed it, his own website, "Investor Centre", News or RNS are correct news channels. he can't use them so let's trust him even more on the less regulated channels. yeah, great plan.

The "today went as planned" is comical. Did he cleverly lure them into a damaging petition to wind him up? carefully planned strategy to crush any remaining confidence in worldlink's health, look at deaths door and hanging on by its finger tips? cr@p. he probably begged on his knees again like last time and will settle in full yet again or be back here very fast.

Thank shareholders for their comments...? We have slated him for 12 months to my knowledge...He already has a twitter account and a forum via his own WGP website. Sorry Warwick, but this just seems like another load of bull5h1t. Again and as always, I hope I am wrong.. Thanks for posting Warwick. Appreciated.

this is going to be the usual classic like "agreed to postpone due to incoming funding news/in negotiation/term sheet received etc". Something like this one from October "The Board wishes to announce that the Company is in negotiation with a funder who will provide sufficient funds to the Company to allow it to continue as a going concern".
