From what I'm hearing about commercial proerty rentals, WKP is due re-rating. All the major funds are positive about commercial property as an asset class.

I tend to see WKP as a sort of tracker, when UK economy picks up business will start to look for office space again - and WKP have just that. I am well in profit here as bght at depth of depression so cannot grumble. Am tempted though to take some of the profit in advance the results. Decisions, decisions, decisions.......

So - we have the final results due in a little under a week now - 7:00 on Monday the 6th June.

The main thing to watch will be the restated NAV figure to the 31st March. The current figure is 28.0p based on valuations at 31st September last year.

I'm predicting the new figure will be around 29.5p-30.0p. If the market continues to rate this above NAV then we should see it trading at about 31.0p or so once the dust settles.

Also - WKP have paid dividends twice a year of late and for a few years they paid 0.25p as an interim and 0.5p as the final. This years interim was raised 10% to 0.275p and I'm expecting that we will see a similar mark up applied to the final when its declared on Monday.

With bank borrowing very much under control and no imminent debt repayments due, WKP are doing very nicely - and it's only a year until the Olympics :-).

Results on the 6th.

I expect the NAV to move up to around 30.0p - if the market continues to put these at a premium to NAV then we would be looking at around 31.0p :-).

Closed at 29p again after dropping to 28.5p yesterday. Sideways for another week or two and then a step up to a new level methinks. 32p maybe?

Welcome along Pompey. Please join the party. Many of us here have been on board for a couple of years or so. It's been a bit of a bumpy ride but well worth it. Are you a holder too?

This is looking good isn't it!

Have I mentioned the results on the 6th June - paid a final divi of 0.5p last year and I'm expecting 10% extra this time around to match the uplift applied to this years interim divi.
