03/5/2011 08:16 | pleasing to see this rise | brando69
03/5/2011 08:13 | Take a look at the chart it is an absolute beauty it has resistance lines constantly been broken and formed as new support lines during the past 6 months and has a major resistance set at 30p. when this goes its all the way up to 50p regardless of NAV of the company and fundamentals. We're at 30p now - let's see if your theory is correct! | catcheemonkee
28/4/2011 20:55 | All I'm going to say Saltaire111 is that I like to buy into companies whose shares have been hammered and that have a great chance of breaking out of a long term resistance line such a WKP. Take a look at the chart it is an absolute beauty it has resistance lines constantly been broken and formed as new support lines during the past 6 months and has a major resistance set at 30p. when this goes its all the way up to 50p regardless of NAV of the company and fundamentals. The city really likes this share its also been well documented in the press, FT and IC have tipped it recently what's more it has the volume in trading in recent weeks to match the hype. | the jackel
28/4/2011 19:49 | Could someone enlighten me as to how WKP was valued at £4 a share only a few years ago and is now valued in pennies? Were there major disposals? I know that commercial property panned 35% in 08/09 but this baby's been hammered. Thanks. Salty. | saltaire111
28/4/2011 18:19 | Cheers for the acknowledgement Hyden! :-) We may have a bit of zig zaging in share price the next week or so but if this one goes through the 30p Mark we could really be in for a major breakout. So far the share price is doing everything it should be doing and is a chartists dream! Volume good on the share price increases which is always a good sign. | the jackel
28/4/2011 18:06 | This is a buy and hold Rivaldo, I'm in at the same levels as your were, but am holding for much higher returns. You may well end up kicking yourself for selling. | mreasygoing
28/4/2011 14:26 | Finally decided to sell - how much upside can there be at NAV and above? It's been a great run since 13p for me, so good luck all. I'll be continuing to follow the WKP story - certainly intriguing to see what happens at these levels. I've ISAd some more AYM if anyone's interested. | rivaldo
28/4/2011 13:30 | now 29.25 to buy. at one point yesterday they were offering shares for 27 | brando69
28/4/2011 13:21 | such a solid rise this. think 50p might be quite a long time coming... but I can see 30-35p in the not too distant | brando69
28/4/2011 12:54 | Nice stuff, chart looks fantastic. Nothing on the chart to stop this till 50p. Hoping to see a nice steady tick up to that level. | mreasygoing
28/4/2011 12:26 | how about this one: BOOOOOOOOOOOYAAAAAAA | brando69
28/4/2011 11:07 | brando, your post reminds me of the heat ray from War of the Worlds. Well, something has certainly set the shareprice alight. :-) | hyden
28/4/2011 11:05 | Well, hats off to The Jackel. He called it exactly right. Said it would dip to 27p before taking off. :-) | hyden
28/4/2011 10:51 | oo laaaaaaa | brando69
28/4/2011 10:07 | breakout btw 28.5 | brando69
28/4/2011 10:05 | BML - Balmoral International Land. Used to be BLK (Blackrock International Land) there is currently no ADVFN bulletin board for it.... Property interests are based on the property holdings of Fyffes (FFY) which were spun off as a separate company to manage/invest in property. Fyffes also spun out a fresh Produce company (TOT) separate to their banana business making three separate entities. BML entered the property market at precisely the wrong time at the top of the Irish property boom, but (in my opinion) the huge crash in Irish property prices will reverse at some point as it was linked to the dire state of the Irish banking system which is begining to stablise. BML, FFY and TOT have all got supressed share prices due to the financial position in Ireland. The fresh produce distribution business of FFY and TOT are quite safe businesses. Some of the BML properties are leased to the other two entities and the whole property portfolio seems to have been treated relative to the financial slump in Irish property even though some of the properties are not in Ireland. The NAV has dropped massively from its peak but the share price has gone even further to 50% NAV any change in sentiment over Irish property could see a reversal in fortune. Huge apologies for OT... | a shot in the dark
27/4/2011 19:12 | BML showing as a Gas Company ??? | bigman786
27/4/2011 09:47 | BML - trading at half its current NAV due to crashed out status of Irish economy. Holds property in Ireland, Scotland, England and Holland. No London properties so may be early days but must be worth a long term punt at this price... Allsop recently had a really succerssful property auction in Ireland signifying that the wrtie down of property values in Ireland may be overdone? | a shot in the dark
26/4/2011 11:21 | kiltrock NTA worth a look :-) | brando69
26/4/2011 10:41 | Jack I have now read the IC article by ST. With general building prices rising at rates of 8% plus and with building values kept subdued, before long we will have a re-rating in values. our problem at present is -how real is asset values at present - We may have to wait a couple of years and all we need to do is look for further property co.s to invest in. I have one more to find before I leave this sector to catch up. Kilt | kiltrock
26/4/2011 09:20 | that IC tip having an effect? | brando69 |
