Great business here which is now debt free, it would have been preferable to trade out the debt. The Executives putting in substantial cash is the key here.

Mega Dilution
Current market cap about £15m. 469.7million shares.
Todays intended placing £12m = another 600m shares issued.
Conversion of approximately $30 million of debt (say £24million) = another 1200m shares.
And the rest.....

All very well giving private punters the chance thro' primarybid, but you've got to take that punt tonight & I wonder what the chances are of the share price dipping to, or below, 2p tomorrow?

Yes....but only for a small punt. I like the following and that the major investor is putting in 6.5 million or something. A lot of shares will be left but they can do 50 for 1 later in the year. Punting money only and no costs. I use a specific Jarvis account for these....

Paul Dolan and Graeme Thomson (both Directors of the Company) and Martin Collins (a previous director of the Company) and certain other individuals are intending to subscribe for up to £1.2 million worth

How many shares will be in issue once all the paper has been issued, must be billions. They don't make this clear in the RNS.

I hope you did sell too - I stated many reasons why at the time.

operational and at the end - financial. Debt (lots of it) is superior to the equity.

I follow the story in order to learn the end game. What confuses me is that there are so many actors going around so fast. Quite interesting. Almost revolving dooor. And mostly to the down.

I suspect that money went out at overpaying for the assets and selling out at bellow the value. Shops, apple concession (red flag if there was any) , farms etc, Interesting how the photos of the nursery etc made the story stand in my mind - before thinking about it in a factual manner.

saw mill was another red flag - saw mill has its logistics - up to 50km is reasonable. did they cut their trees around the saw mill in enough quantities first in order to fill the saw mill - not at all. another blue sky futuristic investment.

it was getting absurd and funny - the non- fraudsters did not know the business at all. lol

they were building a story for the ignorant financial industry

of course - I made it all up and has nothing to do with reality

I suspect its forced margin selling, as is the case with a lot of AIM shares. Difficult to be bullish about pretty much anything at the moment.
