So was I this was on the Watchlist until that Rns. Shorting not for me... Look for undervalued shares with potential not easy with the indices so high looking 6 to 9 months down the line. But deterred for sure. Massive shares voting or not voting. Cash levels are poor/pro rata and have been for many years under FS

50 million shares to hit market on 24th.I was looking at this company and deterred by volume of potential volume of non voting shares in millions. market value of nearly 80 million. Just cannot justify. I am going short on this if feasible.
