Expect it to be a good one given recent bullish statements made at the AGM.

Record year & maiden dividend expected says the CFO in the April YE December 2020 results statement.


'we are confident of meeting expectations and that the Company's trading and forest product activities will have a record year, will become operationally cash flow positive during the year and still intend to declare a maiden dividend in 2022 after the publication of the 2021 results'

Out of interest:

One of Woodbois’ largest shareholders, Lombard Odier, recently announced a new Natural Capital Strategy, developed in partnership with the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance, to invest in companies that utilise the renewable aspect of nature with a core focus on the timber sector. This Natural Capital Strategy is in line with Woodbois’ plans. The company has developed a five-layer approach to making sure our business objectives are aligned with the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance’s proposal.

Most online providers have shut down buying, IG show 250,000 available but their limits are unreliable and orders can be rejected.

The free float of Woodbois seems small, most shares are held by institutional investors according to their website.

Lombard Odier hold 21%
Rhino Ventures (Miles Pelham) holds 20.27%
Premier Miton 9.42%

So that is 50% held by just 3 entities.

This looks a interesting proposition from a technical perspective, the RSI was a rock bottom 18 a few days ago and is now turning up, as oversold levels go you cannot go much lower.

I notice when the stock rallies it moves up fast, all indicators suggest the share price is about to turn up and the trend is now a bullish one.
