I wonder if Mr Pelham is selling WBI shares, at least some millions of which are at a loss, to reduce overall gains on all share dealings so far this year below the CGT annual allowance? Mind you I think he is based in Hong Kong and I do not know the tax system there.

A while back, I think it was 2019, Mr Pelham sold a very large number of shares and on the same day Mr Dolan bought the same number of shares. But I assume it is not Mr Dolan buying this time or it would show up as director purchases.

For every sale there is a corresponding purchase. We know who is doing most of the selling and I am interested to know who is doing all the buying. I know some of it is me topping up, but I am nowhere near the Pelham/Dolan level of share transactions. My contribution is a drop in the ocean, but with a bit of luck it will become a spoonful.

Share price is building strength, remember only 20 sessions ago the stock was trading at 4.75p.

The book is suggesting the overhang/seller is/has cleared.

Taken £10k's worth this morning, expect the stock to regain its 4p-5p trading range once the TR1 holder has finished selling, book looks strong so far, maybe the selling has been completed.

Overhang seems to be clearing, they want 2.7p, a premium, for 500,000 shares, you could buy 5m last week below offer.

I guess everyone missed the 45m sell print that occurred after hours, there we also 4 sell trades declared late amounting to another 18m - all priced around 2.5p.

Towards the close the market price was strengthening which bodes well for further upside next week.

One suspects many are watching this to time their entry point.
