07/3/2023 08:34 | RA, I always thought it was notifiable below 3%, but if its changed, I missed it! | jack jebb
07/3/2023 08:12 | First target - tag that 100sma at c2p | amelio
07/3/2023 08:11 | Selling pressures from MP and LO dried up and buying pressure will take over. Retail traders wanting 10% off lows would have departed - no reason for them to take it lower. Nice combination for a sustained rise from here. | amelio
07/3/2023 08:02 | JJ as far as I'm aware LO do not have to issue another RNS their lost one was below 5% which is ok for II's reporting. | royalalbert
07/3/2023 07:57 | Or given the lack of RNS, maybe not. They are pretty good at their TR1s so they must still have over 60m, unless we see an intraday RNS. | jack jebb
07/3/2023 03:58 | Lombard were down to 99mln shares left by the close of business on 27th Feb. Since then, there's been 5 trading days, with total volume of 498mln. They must be out by now. | jack jebb
06/3/2023 20:04 | Another 84m traded today. This now looks like a day traders’ play with MP likely to be out and LO static at 100m. Very attractive at this level on a current EV/EBITDA ratio and dare I say cheap on a forward at expected growth rate. Broker target 6p. Understand their logic, current fair value in my view certainly double today’s price but show reduction in net debt and strong growth in EBITDA and 4-5p more than justifiable. | amelio
05/3/2023 22:23 | Both sellers combined at times they notified would have a maximum of around 160 million shares but since there has been over 400 million traded. Just seems impossible that either will be left with any by end of this week so looks a terrific overhang clearing play. Lots of traders who sold out will probably buy back higher when it starts to shift | dave4545
04/3/2023 07:07 | The volume here has been mindblowing. I think about half the companies shares have traded in recent days. Whilst we are pretty certain who has sold, we do not know who the main buyer has been, yet. Miles Pelham and Paul Dolan go back a long way, so either they've had a falling out, or as I suggested previously, Mr Pelham needs cash for another venture of his. Lombard were on board because of him, so their exit is likely connected. But no one buys potentially 20% or so of the stock in a company like this on a whim. The mystery buyer is probably in touch with way more information than us humble individuals. On the face of it, Woodbois grows trees, turns them into usable wood, replaces the trees, and sells the wood around the world. That is a regular, profitable, but not exciting business. What does make this company a potential jewel, is carbon credits. It is my opinion that the new buyer is buying for this reason, as if Woodbois are successful in being part of this booming business, the upside potential for this share is extremely significant. For me, at current levels on their wood business alone, the share is currently at a cheapish level. With the added potential of carbon credits, its the cheapest share out there, bar none, imo. | jack jebb
03/3/2023 22:16 | The point is there's thousands of people now day trading and nearly all are taking losses or tiny profits. If everybody could have the balls to hold the mm's would have nothing to feed them and the price would rocket. Selling so low when a monster seller is out is mental in my book and if they are not completely out they will be next week. | dave4545
03/3/2023 21:32 | You've answered your own question! You may as well say what's the point of bending over to pick up a £5 note that's been dropped! | blue59
03/3/2023 15:00 | 2 x 151,383 paid 1.6475p 302766 sold for 1.68p What is the point for so little gain | dave4545
03/3/2023 14:25 | 1.69p paid - | tomboyb
03/3/2023 14:00 | Basic summary. Awaiting confirmation of Lombard TR1 by looks of it. Fundamentally looks solid and priced cheaply on an EV/EBITDA. Chart alone looking like that 50SMA at c2p will get tagged. | amelio
03/3/2023 13:45 | Day traders have all moved on for now 6 v 1 on L2 | dave4545
03/3/2023 13:33 | Had a peek due as volume has been very high recently and today it’s climbing again. Looks an interesting play from here on the daily and weekly chart with price poking its head over the lower time frame moving averages. Momentum in play also. Worth a trade based on this action. | amelio
03/3/2023 10:48 | RA They're now buying in 10m chunks so probably not!! | blue59
03/3/2023 10:39 | Strongest it's been this week 1.675-1.7p Probably because Lombard are out or will be out today. Naturally the day traders will sell on every 0.05p spike but if you hold your nerve you should get 2-2.5p next week | dave4545
03/3/2023 08:42 | jh'23 '3/4p' might be prophetic! | blue59
02/3/2023 18:58 | This stock may be one of the stocks which actually booms once the seller is out. The re rate to 3/4p | jameshendrix2023
02/3/2023 16:11 | Im going to wear my filter button out at this rate. | blue59
02/3/2023 15:30 | Just had a chat with my high profile source at Lombards who said he's ultra bullish on the outlook of WBI and this should be an easy multibagger. | impulse21
02/3/2023 15:19 | If there’s genuine progress with the firm’s carbon offsetting operations, then there could be massive upside in the share price. | vaston
02/3/2023 15:03 | If the estimate for 2023 revenues comes in, sales would have grown by 23% per year on average over the five years up to that point. Woodbois has a P/E ratio of 3.9. That’s cheap for a company growing so quickly. | vaston |
