Did 100p to 500p in 20 months back in the glory days :-)

No repeat this time (unless it doubles from here in 5 months) but 280-300p by results time (early Feb 11) would be nice.

Samsung Tab & Galaxy S Sales Outstripping Supply In OZ
By David Richards | Thursday | 18/11/2010

The $999 price tag on the 7-inch Galaxy Tab will not be cut as Samsung Australia is struggling to keep up with demand, for both their Android based tablet and their Samsung S Android Smartphone, a senior company executive has said.
despite stories about production cuts......

According to Tyler McGee, Vice President of Telecommunications at Samsung Australia, "demand is outstripping supply with the company set to have a bumper Xmas in their Telecommunications Division.

In the UK Samsung has started stripping back the price of the Tab while globally Samsung has cut production by 50 percent due to soft "sell in" sales.

"My problem right now is supply, demand is good and I am confident that we will meet all our targets." McGee said.

So Majedie have increased their holding by almost half a million (about £2.5M).
I don't know if there is any particular significance - i.e. Do Majedie have any notable connections or are they known for warehousing stock in preparation for takeovers?
