07/7/2021 12:22 | Is that 8bn market cap roughly for a company making £44m a year net profit? Have I misread something? It’s a tad aggressive given their country by country income. I like Wise the ethos/product but seems a touch aggressive. But I’ve literally t as Ken 5 minutes to look at this and may have got everything wrong | eaglebeagle

10/11/2003 17:57 | The most common tree in London is the London Plane, which is actually a hybrid of the Oriental Plane - confusingly named, as it originates no farther east than South-eastern Europe - and the American Plane. It is easily identified by its patchy trunk and large leaves, which superficially resemble the leaves of the sycamore. The reason it is so often planted is that it is very tolerant of pollution and so is widely planted as a street tree. Second most common tree would have to be the lime, or linden, which comes in small-leaved, large-leaved and silver varieties. Referred to in the 'Cabaret' song 'Tomorrow belongs To Me' - 'The branch of the linden is leafy and green, the Rhine gives its gold to the sea'. | cult of mithras
