Lets be realistic William Hill and Ceasars will have a very tight contract in place and it totally makes sense for Ceasars to buy they but they wont just cancel the deal there are millions at stake for both parties plus any instability for Caesers could cause a loss of current and future market share. 310p done and dusted.

Caesars will also lose out if they cancel the deal if an Apollo bid happens. If Apollo do bid, I hope they do as they will lose the asda bid, then I would say ceasers will defo counterbid

The fact the current price is above the offer price would indicate the markets expect a higher bid.
Usually on an offer of 272p the share price would be stable around 268 ish.
Don't think this is finished yet !!

and Caesars has only voiced that they would have the right to cancel should they wish to. Not that they will. Scare tactics.

When will we see Apollo's bid, they have 90billion in cash.... I'm sure even if the deal is cancelled that is only 20%, 80% is still going to be massive with hill...
