Hope EHGOS not selling their shares they intentional converted at 0.4p to sell and crash the price to 0.25p or even below.

Then make another deal with Mr Sefton for another CLNs to raise another 2m or so.

Hope Mr Sefton put our Ebola cure on the market soon.

No you can't. There are much tighter restrictionss for listed companies. You can merge two biotech companies or two social media companies but you cannot merge a biotech business with a social media business because they would come under two different sectors on the London Stock Exchange listings.

This is why you have to get rid of one business and become a cash shell then take on another in an RTO.

PSL to BOU was an RTO. PSL had to become an AIM cash shell first of all under AIM Rule 15.

RNS - 09/04/2019 - "The Company's strategy, following the closing down of PhotonStar Technology, is to acquire a business that is seeking an AIM quoted platform via a Reverse Takeover ("RTO")."

"Following shareholder approval to close down PhotonStar Technology the Company is now an AIM Rule 15 cash shell and as such will be required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 "
