EHGOS have promised funding of over 11m as per first presentation by Quinlan. All these shares come with warrants at 2.46p. Figure it out

You are all wrong about the conversion and this is exactly the point Align raised.

The conversion took place at 0.40p hence the 100m for £400k but EHGOS are selling them into the market today. This is because the difference between what they are selling them for 0.34p and 0.40p WDC will make up with extra conversion shares. So technically there is no difference to what went on before this is why the share price has fallen.

Align were correct. I thought they were wrong and said so at the time but I now stand corrected.They were right.

900k of the GBP1.5m all spent on stem cell business . Expect another convertible note deal soon with EHGOSF once the current deal is all converted. What I would like to see is the stem cell business sold off.

Conversion price is 0.40!!!!Also EHGOSF is finished with their conversion.all set for rise from here.
