You only lose when you sell at a lose Bellend and you only make when you sell in profit.

One thing to keep in mind these are not going to be cheap for long and I have a lot of extra cash coming my way and only too happy to be topping up at these crazy prices. Not everyone has that chance who are either under water and not able to top up to reduce paper losses or have to sell withing a given time.

I am here for both long and short term. This is not one to be totally out of at anytime.

That's right and the point I'm making. There is no difference between the old dilution scheme and the new dilution scheme. Its not PIs making these 7m (£21k) and 5m (£15K) sells its EHGOS so the share price is being depressed exactly the same way.

However the live issue here is not the conversions any longer but what is happening to the changes talked about since March 2019. We're now in May and they don't appear to be any closer from when first mooted in March. Iconic Labs doesn't need Widecells or the conversion money. They can generate their own cash if JQ is to be believed. So what you have to be asking yourselves is will the change actually happen and if so why when Iconic Labs doesn't require any PI money. What does it need £250k p.a of listing costs for?

The cynic in me suggests the whole Iconic Labs fanfare was mainly to provide PI cash for what was a huge liability around the neck of WDC (EHGOS, Pensions, Redundancies etc.). But that's just me. Others will have their own views.

He is not wrong, I do expect a small amount of penalty shares in the next conversion.
BUT it will be a small amount and last conversion is only 25 million shares so who really cares. It's still much, much better than if they hadn't changed the conversion price.
