22/5/2019 09:28 | Didn't psl change to bou recently without an rto? | b1acky
22/5/2019 09:26 | 0.20's just as likely before then. 10% of shares require laundering first. | j8grc
22/5/2019 09:09 | Of course...It's what they do.0.40s+ on news | jagzoil

22/5/2019 08:59 | EG - "Clue is in “created a division”" Again a good point if that is all that was happening. However my understanding is that they intend to replace the WDC main market listing with Iconic Labs and effectively make the old WDC shares Iconic Lab shares. So PIs who are currently holding the shares in WDC will at some point be holding shares in Iconic Labs. I don't personally see how they can do this without an RTO. A name change, a new division or even an acquisition is something completely different and far simpler. | pwhite73
22/5/2019 08:58 | Just because it's not updated doesn't mean it's not in practice. | 1bluehorseshoe
22/5/2019 08:57 | Please read the RNS around CoSec appointment. All with fall in place shortly. | jagzoil
22/5/2019 08:53 | Clue is in "created a division". Iconic Labs Limited is/was a dormant company with one shareholder (Sefton) and nothing else. Certainly nothing to RTO. | equity growth
22/5/2019 08:49 | 1bs I don't disbelieve them and further announcements will be made. But as I say things are a little more complicated then you might care to imagine. You see you hadn't known JQ was not a director of Iconic Labs Limited as registered at Companies House. Indeed I questioned the whole concept of closing down the official WDC website and replacing it with the Iconic Lab website before the official name change. And its not just a question of calling an EGM. They have to get the entire change of business pass the regulators. Speak Later. | pwhite73
22/5/2019 08:48 | Shows how your mind works or rather doesn't | 1bluehorseshoe
22/5/2019 08:36 | Progress continues to be made with the Company's change of name to Iconic Labs Plc. Documentation is being prepared and further announcements will be made in due course. | 1bluehorseshoe

22/5/2019 08:26 | LB28 - "You do realise Quinlan for example is the CEO of WDC?" Excellent point! and did you know that he is not the CEO of Iconic Labs? | pwhite73
22/5/2019 08:19 | Anyway, did anyone notice that Quinlan said in the first presentation that the guys were working out of offices in Soho? | 1bluehorseshoe
22/5/2019 08:15 | Nuuco held an option on the bonds which were transferable. Sefton agreed to let it lapse, nuuco is just a dormant company | 1bluehorseshoe
22/5/2019 08:14 | Now now then :-) | markstevenkirby80
22/5/2019 08:10 | Why are people giving this White Idiot the time and day?? WDC to move swiftly past 0.40s when ready, nothing whitey or any other idiot can do or say to change that. | jagzoil |
