Again a good point if that is all that was happening. However my understanding is that they intend to replace the WDC main market listing with Iconic Labs and effectively make the old WDC shares Iconic Lab shares. So PIs who are currently holding the shares in WDC will at some point be holding shares in Iconic Labs. I don't personally see how they can do this without an RTO. A name change, a new division or even an acquisition is something completely different and far simpler.

Clue is in "created a division". Iconic Labs Limited is/was a dormant company with one shareholder (Sefton) and nothing else. Certainly nothing to RTO.

I don't disbelieve them and further announcements will be made. But as I say things are a little more complicated then you might care to imagine. You see you hadn't known JQ was not a director of Iconic Labs Limited as registered at Companies House. Indeed I questioned the whole concept of closing down the official WDC website and replacing it with the Iconic Lab website before the official name change. And its not just a question of calling an EGM. They have to get the entire change of business pass the regulators.

Nuuco held an option on the bonds which were transferable. Sefton agreed to let it lapse, nuuco is just a dormant company
