News will be coming, apparantly it is not as bad as we expect it to be.

I have been tracking other engineerign / support services and WHY os not that bad, the environemnnt and energy side are profitable (Transport (SBA takeover was good)) and it looks like some elements of the comapny will be off loaded or sold. whilst the smaller company will benefit in the long run.
I guess the next Question to ask is Takeover looks really attractive at the moment, pitty no one has got the cash to buy it,

I read that as the yorkshire building society are trustees of the WHY pension and that they bought shares on behalf of the employees of WHY.

Maybe I'm wrong

this is from part of an RNS which came out on 21st -

"WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 19 May 2009,
101,864 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share
Incentive Plan at a prices of GBP0.282 per share. These shares will be used to
satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their April pay. The
following director, as contributor to the plan, has acquired the following
interest in the shares:" etc.

as I read it, the Yorshire BS are buying these shares for their employees who contribute to the employees "Share Incentive Plan" but I cannot find anything to link these two companies together
Anyone know if there is a connection and if so, what it is?

or has the YBS just chosen WHY to invest in because it recognises its potential!
