the 19th is Tuesday, I did email WHY regarding any trading update, but they gave nothing away

Normally rampers have a basic grasp of the English language as well, it reminds me of the emails I keep receiving saying I have won millions on the 'lottrey'

Hope he is right, I intend to hold until news anyway, just hope it is good news.

Don't like the debt for equity bit personally and would rather wait until the future is secured. Wouldn't make the gains buying in earlier would but then wouldn't be gambling either!!

imo some sort of negotiations are taking place
as the statement on the 16th April stated

'it is not in discussions with any party
regarding a potential offer for the 'ENTIRE' issued share capital of the Company.'

these things take time - most private investors sell toooooo sooooon!!!!
share price moves quickly - watch out!!!!!

The article is entitled :

"White Young Green - Sharp rally in shares ahead of refinancing". The pertinent part is "we think in the next month there is a likelihood of a debt for equity conversion plus a smaller fundraising."

I reckon if that's the case then WHY future is secured while the share price is factoring in disaster. Should rally sharply on any financing news imo.
