No probs, these look a decent punt to fly on on their IMS statement this Friday or whenever it is with the date of those recent director buyings imo - but we'll see.

Yep, but remember that's just trade speak, they can only summise that the stock is likely to go up from those share options. What it actually means is tha the motivation is there for the directors to get this stock performing.

I reckon if you bough tany of these stocks that have bounced and bought them before the second leg up then you will have made a packet imo.

Next leg up on these will be fun imo.

THE chief executive and finance director of Yorkshire consultancy group White Young Green have been incentivised to double the group's share price over the next three years.

The Leeds-based engineering and design consultancy has said chief executive Paul Hamer will receive 500,000 shares in the company while finance director and company secretary David Wilton, who joined from Adler & Allan in Harrogate earlier this year, will receive 400,000 shares under its long term incentive plan.

increase from 9p-33p seems quite steep although it has come down from a mighty high.....not sure whether to pile in, I'm on a good run and don't want to see it halted.


I might wait until MOR hits 20p and then put the profit in here.

I bought a lot more of WHY on Friday for one simple reason:

The company published its Interim Management Statement on May 8th last year, they have to issue two IMS at set times in the year so I would expect them to issue one pretty soon.

Now why would the directors be buying shares 3-4 weeks before the IMS? Surely if they thought the IMS would have a negative impact they'd be holding off and buying after the IMS? And all those director buys were directors increasing their holding by 100-400% or so.

With the shareprice smashed to pieces there aren't many stocks that don't have all the bad news in the price now, even poor annoucements are seeing relief bounces as investors discover the news isn't a lot worse. There are hardly any companies that aren't able to refinance either.

Obviously nothing is guaranteed but I reckon those indicators say it might be a good idea to follow the directors ahead of any IMS statement - which I have done.
