Hi All

Don't hold your breath too hard :-) That's most likely the day it'll be sent out. If it is done electronically it could be any time over the next few days. If a lump sum cheque is sent to all nominees it will take upwards of a week or two before it arrives, is cashed and they get off their duffs and allocate it out to clients. The latter is, hopefully, a somewhat pessimistic timescale :-)

That's what was said at the AGM.

Dealings in the new Consolidated Ordinary Shares are expected to commence at
8.00 a.m. on Friday, 23 December, with the first opportunity to receive the
agreed return of 50 pence per B share expected to occur on 31 January 2006.
