17/6/2021 22:17 | I'll go 7p. Let's see who is nearer | drmaccers
17/6/2021 22:00 | Most ramped share on Twitter | ammu12
17/6/2021 21:02 | Yes Arden want the first opportunity to unload......it's pump and dump time...Money to be made on the pump, just don't believe the story ...... | hippo
17/6/2021 20:44 | At least you know they have to ask Arden if they want to do another placing in the next 6 months. The Company has undertaken to Arden that, between the date of the Placing Agreement and six months after the date of Admission, it will not, enter into any further equity fund raising transactions without the prior consent of Arden (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). | terminator101
17/6/2021 19:51 | 4p tomorrow | ammu12
17/6/2021 19:14 | This is a dog of a share, and fowlup has been serially useless. But there's no denying that the last 2 contracts announced are at least positive (even if with a global pandemic affecting travel meaning that they probably won't pay out as much as expected) and tonight's fundraising is positive too (almost unheard of for these clowns to get a placing away for a big discount never mind for a small premium). | terminator101
17/6/2021 19:14 | How disappointing, not the placing or the price but that there is no prospectus explaining what the new money is for specifically, what the last cash was spent on, how we might value the two new contracts and the other pipeline opportunities described. Usually you would get sufficient information to judge whether it is worth subscribing, but there is no more detail than the rns statements. No open offer, no rights for existing shareholders. So this demand-led placing is going to existing backers who have inside knowledge, or new ones who have been briefed - how else do you place new shares at 5.7p when old ones are on the market at 5.5p. I have reduced my stake here because rightly or wrongly I agree there is a suspicion we are being taken for fools, our holdings are being diluted and our share price prospects are being devalued. But I will keep a few in the bottom draw. | marktime1231
17/6/2021 18:54 | As always with WSG, it's not what they tell you, it's what they done. Holes in both announcements......M | hippo
17/6/2021 18:30 | And it won’t be the last one either. Madness | deanowls
17/6/2021 18:26 | DrMaccars and what about the 25+ placings before that. The latest rns's are just cleverly worded spin...As I said a different set of suckers..... | hippo
17/6/2021 18:16 | Another 44m shares....... June 2020, one year ago. 160m shares. Now 300m shares. For a company that has never made a profit GLA | graham1ty
17/6/2021 18:13 | Rinse and repeat? The last was was 4p ffs lol | drmaccers
17/6/2021 17:03 | Rinse and repeat, just a different set of suckers...... | hippo
17/6/2021 16:45 | We were more or less told that this was going to happen. From yesterday's RNS: "Initial deployment expenses incurred pursuant to the Contract will be satisfied from existing resources, however as the Company noted yesterday, with a pipeline of multiple other potential contracts, the Company continues to monitor funding requirements and options to ensure it has adequate financing in place to deal with the anticipated expansion of services." 5.7p is not great but a bit better than 4p. | this_is_me
17/6/2021 16:13 | Likely Henderson adding more | drmaccers
17/6/2021 15:36 | Broadly even throughout the day with a buy near the close of 1,350,000 shares at 5.6p. | noirua
17/6/2021 13:20 | Sorry daar IIs buying heavily now | drmaccers
17/6/2021 07:42 | Falling hard now. Into the 4s by EOW | daar
17/6/2021 07:26 | Back below 5p until funding is sorted | daar
16/6/2021 15:22 | Perhaps sign up to research tree/Arden/ various other services etc to see the Broker Notes. They are very good | drmaccers
16/6/2021 15:21 | The house broker Arden have done plenty of notes reiterating 19p target based off market expected forecasts.2021, Revs 16.7, PBT 1.52022, Revs 23.7, PBT 5.3, EPS 1.8pTheir target of 19p is a 2022 PE of 11.They also stated in bold this AM that these 2 contracts will be paid from existing money and bank debt | drmaccers
16/6/2021 11:05 | More good news. Spoiled because as you all have quickly pointed out, as WSG are signalling, to expand will require a further capital raise and/or financing. I thought the 4p issue was exactly for this purpose, to clear debts and fund the expansion they have been promising, and which at last is on the cards. Hey ho. Can I say again, we need the insider house broker to run the numbers and tell us formally what these announcements mean in terms of valuing the business, because we have no way of telling and everyone speculating about the size of takeover bids etc ought to go take a walk outside in the fresh air for a bit. Also, much prefer the idea of a share issue at 8p discounted from 10p than the ruinous issue at 4p. I might even buy some at 8p, once we have the benefit of a level-headed analysis of what these announcements mean. | marktime1231
16/6/2021 10:54 | Traders and stale bulls mostly sold and gone now. Investors buying for the longer term. Still a BARGAIN down here. | philjeans |
