A placing at 5.7p means there is really little chance of profit-taking at under 8p a share. With new contracts announced and improvements already that 8p target looks attainable in the very short term.

Just thinking aloud. How many people will they need to set up two new contracts ? They will not just recruit local staff ( with no base, how would they do that ?) but will need a reasonable number of ex pat staff, at least for the early years. Ten ? twenty ? And they have to be people willing to work in DRC and Liberia. Yes, WG will have a few who set up Lungi, but there is no way they have “spare” people hanging around in Banbury: they just could not afford that over the months ( unless you count all the Fowler’s as spare !!!!).

So, rapid recruitment has to start immediately: watch adverts. And how much do you pay a mercenary ( oops, I mean security expert), to go out there ? And housing, travel, insurance, security for them, as expats ?

Morning creepy stalker. RangenoResources has been following me around like a long lost puppy ever since I exposed him and his multiID boiler room crew for sustaining pump and dump operations on RMS and ADME by a combination of mindless ramping and posting fake research. You need a thick to deal with the crews that operate on these boards and they don't like being exposed. Caveat emptor on those shares that attract them. You only have to look at what's happened to ADME (50p to 4p) and RMS (7p to 0.8p) when the crews prey on investors

At least you know they have to ask Arden if they want to do another placing in the next 6 months. The Company has undertaken to Arden that, between the date of the Placing Agreement and six months after the date of Admission, it will not, enter into any further equity fund raising transactions without the prior consent of Arden (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

This is a dog of a share, and fowlup has been serially useless. But there's no denying that the last 2 contracts announced are at least positive (even if with a global pandemic affecting travel meaning that they probably won't pay out as much as expected) and tonight's fundraising is positive too (almost unheard of for these clowns to get a placing away for a big discount never mind for a small premium).

How disappointing, not the placing or the price but that there is no prospectus explaining what the new money is for specifically, what the last cash was spent on, how we might value the two new contracts and the other pipeline opportunities described. Usually you would get sufficient information to judge whether it is worth subscribing, but there is no more detail than the rns statements. No open offer, no rights for existing shareholders. So this demand-led placing is going to existing backers who have inside knowledge, or new ones who have been briefed - how else do you place new shares at 5.7p when old ones are on the market at 5.5p.

I have reduced my stake here because rightly or wrongly I agree there is a suspicion we are being taken for fools, our holdings are being diluted and our share price prospects are being devalued. But I will keep a few in the bottom draw.

We were more or less told that this was going to happen.

From yesterday's RNS:

"Initial deployment expenses incurred pursuant to the Contract will be satisfied from existing resources, however as the Company noted yesterday, with a pipeline of multiple other potential contracts, the Company continues to monitor funding requirements and options to ensure it has adequate financing in place to deal with the anticipated expansion of services."

5.7p is not great but a bit better than 4p.
