I note Arden has reiterated their guidance for £0.9m adj pre-tax profit for the current year with the £5.3m next year. Proof of the pudding is obviously key, but if they really can demonstrate delivery, then there will be plenty of upside from these levels.

2m because they’ve lost 1m first half and your projection of .9m profit for the year.

As always something unforeseen will happen.

Loss making continues, cash burn will accelerate if they start these contracts this second half, some of which such as container screening which I can’t see starting as they have only done a survey.

Aimho of course. And the board are not actually giving projections(as far as I can see)so not illegal.

I am surprised you describe the board of WSG as “professionals”.

And WSG Board have never misled before have they ? Have never overstated contracts, have they ?

The results are so good that the share price has been marked down !!!

With annualised admin costs of £5m ( and that is only going north), and gross margin of 45%, this dog needs to do £11m of revenue per annum just to break even (£11m x 0.45= £4.95m. To make the forecast £0.9m profit, they need £13m revenue for the year ( £13mx0.45 minus £5m overhead)

So, to get to a profit as forecast, about £10m revenue in 2H. For the birds. Just laughable to say they are on track

Where's this 2mill figure?2021 will be 0.9mill profit. H2 will therefore be about 250% increase in revs vs H1.DRC, Liberia, new Tema birth will all contribute with SL recovery.Multiple contracts were only started late in H1 like Houses of Parliament They are nearly half way through H2 2021 and reaffirmed their projections

Weare on track to meet full year expectations. We are however confident in our 2022 and future forecastsSo that's 0.9mill profit for this year and 5.3mill for next year. Forward PE of 3 lol. Serious value and treating coming here of the next few months
