30/7/2017 14:41 | phar0ah you have to substantiate it otherwise your post just looks like a ramp. Where were these "rumours"? | qs99
30/7/2017 14:30 | Rumours circulating Wsg closing in on airport security contract in Egypt worth over £35m per annum. The airports in question are Cairo International Airport, Sharm El Sheikh International Airport and Hurghada Airport. No official response from Wsg but strong rumours. | phar0ah
30/7/2017 12:47 | Neo, no just loving the ride ! It is like a rollercoaster ( without any of the ups though) | graham1ty
29/7/2017 21:42 | graham get some closure, it seems wsg may have really burnt you in the past. | neo26
29/7/2017 20:18 | My retirement.....which will come first, the next fundraising or the big contract. My money about 100:1 the contract....... | graham1ty
28/7/2017 06:26 | Are they bust yet? | my retirement fund
27/7/2017 23:32 | joesoap alot is happening behind the scenes, you waited this long give it another month... :-) | neo26
27/7/2017 23:20 | I said at the time I was sceptical and would give it till the end of the month which is now only a couple of days away. It's another Minoan PLC who have had a planning approval for a new hotel in Crete. It has just passed the final appeal stage and that's taken 25 years !!!! | joesoap3
27/7/2017 17:17 | Graham You have admitted you are not a shareholder but just an observer, when the share price increases you vanish. On this particular contract, i dont think PF can wiggle out of it, he has said they expect to make final negotiations and that was a month ago, my guess is they are finally near the conclusion of this contract. I think by the end of summer holidays we will know one way or another about the ME contract, if we dont i guarantee the majority of shareholders will agree that PF needs to stand down, these kinds of statements he has been putting out for years cant go on for longer... At the moment he has my support 100%... IMHO | neo26
27/7/2017 17:04 | Neo, the last Placing RNS said they would not issue a new convertible loan note or any "analogous" instrument. It did NOT rule out another ordinary equity Placing. It only stopped things like Darwin. WSG must be running out of money pretty soon ( see my posts above) and there must be a Placing very soon | graham1ty
27/7/2017 16:27 | threeputt no placing till oct at least.. Hopefully we should hear something soon, we are alot closer now... | neo26
27/7/2017 16:20 | Share price slipping doesn't indicate anything happening 'soon', you will always get an indication no matter how much a tight ship they intend to keep, share price more suggests another placing coming, that Duchess won't come free | threeputt
27/7/2017 15:21 | I get introduced to companies through and at events by the UK government reps, it doesn't mean much to be fair. | deanowls
27/7/2017 14:55 | WSG have been going on about this 'contract' for ages. What's there that still remains to be talked about?? It's not what I (or you) know, that matters but what the customer knows that really is what's crucial. After all this time, what else is there that they don't know about WSG's proposal? And the word 'involved' can mean what you want it to mean. They may well get a contract, but ought they to have raised expectations so much at the time of the AGM? IMHO: No. | 2magpies
27/7/2017 11:40 | They should never have said they were just waiting to fly over for the final negotiations - and have given the impression that that was imminent. It's one month since then. Raised unrealistic expectations? Just make one wonder. | 2magpies
27/7/2017 11:30 | Has he flown yet, have all the lse lot been calling the office everyday? | deanowls
27/7/2017 11:01 | Did he have 6m shares out of total 14m? I agree the past is the past, wsg need to bag this contract, anything else is a failure... Imho | neo26
27/7/2017 08:42 | Neo, when the share capital of WSG was 14m in 2009, PF had a big stake. As it is now 113m he has been diluted out of existence. He has never ( I think that is right) taken up new shares in the TWENTY THREE Placings. Like all shareholders, massively diluted. | graham1ty
27/7/2017 07:01 | yeah he said the same thing when I asked him at the agm 3 years ago....... | threeputt
27/7/2017 01:05 | FFS, PF has over 6m shares and the directors at AGM said they wanted to buy more but couldn't because of close period... | neo26
27/7/2017 00:24 | Graham, objective readers ought to find it hard to dispute what you have said. Also directors haven't bought fo ages. Not a good sign - not eating their own cooking. | 2magpies
26/7/2017 09:31 | 2magpies, back in about 2012 I bet someuwin ( I think it was him) £5 per day that the contract for East Africa was NOT signed I think I said "before Christmas". The money was for Save the Children in Sierra Leone ( it must have been 2013, during Ebola). The bet was not taken up. Save the kids would now have nearly £6000 !!! So, yr "as time passes by" is not just one month since the AGM, or one year since the LOI, or 18 months since the MOU......it is five years at least | graham1ty
26/7/2017 09:00 | Graham They could well get the contract etc. etc..... But your posts, so far, are becoming more and more jusitifable as time passes by, imo. | 2magpies |
