Seen this before with Petrel Resources, help the government out, provide training and advice, never get the contract. Still don't understand why oman airport is taking so long.

Putting yr money where your mouth is.......

In 2008 there were 14m shares in issue and PF had 33% of the Company.

In 2017 there are 113m shares ( yes they have issued 99m shares in ten years) and he and his missus have 6.4m shares. So he has been diluted down to 5.6%.

I suppose there is always a silver lining !

Westminster Aviation Security Services Ltd – Expands Training Division

28 Jun 2017

Westminster International’s sister company Westminster Aviation Security Services Ltd (WASS) is pleased to announce expansion of its aviation training division both in terms of scope and capacity. The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of two new key team members.

Paul Morton Training and Compliance Manager joined WASS in October 2016 and has been working with Joanna Fowler – Operations Director to increase capacity and streamline the training department in the delivery of AVSEC Training courses. Paul has a background in the UK Armed Forces and the Police and has extensive knowledge in the provision and implementation of holistic security solutions in many countries worldwide. For the past seven years Paul has been applying his security knowledge to the Aviation industry and is one of the limited number of ICAO certified trainers in the world. Paul is also a DfT and EU certified trainer and is experienced in the production delivery and implementation of full AvSec training programmes and regularly works overseas assisting AvSec entities. Paul has an excellent operational knowledge and understanding of all technology and is a NXCT Test Manager.

Lorraine Hellend joins the Company to provide support for Paul and is assisting with the development of aviation courses and the delivery of advanced training. Lorraine joins us after many years at Heathrow airport and we are very pleased to have her on board. Lorraine is a DfT certified trainer with many years’ experience in the delivery of AVSEC training.

WASS is recognised as a leading provider of aviation security solutions, providing training and support services to airports worldwide. In recent months, the Company has secured numerous contracts to provide training and services to airports around the world. The Company is looking at building on that success and further increasing its capacity and as part of that expansion will be launching in 2017 a number of exciting new courses currently under development.

I have moved on though. Job, girlfriend, shares going well. I will however post here and give an alternative view to the ramping nonsense for as long as I wish.
The EA MOU which was "very close" is now 5 years old! They have signed nothing (SL was given to them)
Market will only take so much and each fund raise becomes more and more difficult imo
Next one just around the corner imo at what price? who knows but 10p would be a fair guess

Next placing more than likely a few weeks after the more jam at the agm. We know how it works. I do think PF is a idiot that would struggle to close a door rather than close a £35m contract. But we will see what happens. I won't lose any sleep either way. Just think you need to get over it and get a life.

Can they really say anything new on Thursday ? If there was genuine news on the ME contract they would already be obliged to RNS it. But there will be a new form of words, stretching the use of the Thesaurus to the limit. They have already used imminent, urgent, progressing well. Will have to move on to fast approaching, looming, brewing or even threatening ?

I assume PF will be quizzed on the Fowler pay packet. He has taken out £911,000 ( yes, just shy of £1 million quid) in the last five years, and they have signed.......ZERO,in that time ( Lungi was Feb 2012, and I do not count the ferry as a proper contract).

Sure PF is worth all the money. Even the boy has trousered £611,000 over the last five years.

Don't you bite easily fella. I didn't say I didn't like lorry drivers, I know a few people that make a steady living driving. They pay there rent and bills and even have a bit left over to have a couple of beers at the end of the week. So all is good, you do what you have to do. No one can blame you for taking a massive gamble, you wanted a better life. We all do.
