Once the seller is out it should move a bit I hope.

Given as how the military basically control Egypt I doubt (my view so could be wrong) that they would allow secuirity to be passed to other companies controlling access through their ports.

no one knows for certain where the contract lies apart from the parties that are negotiating, i personally believe we will have the contract signed very soon, lth please be patient hopefully we will be rewarded.
