I have hung in valiantly here despite getting more and more concerned at the lack of definite progress and despite Letter of Intents, final hurdles being tackled asap, final negotiation stages etc etc and ferry disaster after ferry disaster.

Todays RNS has been the killer blow for me and I have sold up all of my holding. Fortunately I bailed out in several tranches shortly after the market opened.

The word Darwin and Convertible Loan notes are a complete disaster for the Westminster Group share price. Just look what happened last time 30p to about 5p. I just simply cannot understand why anyone would revisit that route again.

They could have gone for a Rights Issue or an Open Offer or indeed crowd funded off existing investors.

The ferry also concerns me deeply for I think it will be at least a further year or so before it gets established and makes any money and then again all the time you will be hoping and preying that it doesn't hit any more obstacles.

The company just seems to drop one clanger after another and gets deeper and deeper in debt. It just becomes increasingly harder and harder to see any light at the end of the tunnel.

I hope for all sakes I have misinterpreted things here, but I have a feeling I may end up being right.

I managed to sell first thing in several tranches so have made good money but I have to say I wont be getting tempted back in any time soon.

Best of luck if your still invested.

Looking at the graphs for when Darwin were last involved with WSG I think you may need it.

I note that the new Non Exec James Sutcliffe is also on the Board at SPL, SKIL ports......so he has experience of companies operating overseas, who lose all their clients money and need refinancing frequently !

New Aviation Security Training Contract Award – North Africa

22 Nov 2016

Westminster Group Plc announces that its sister company Westminster Aviation Security Services Ltd has secured a new contract to carry out Aviation Security Screening Training at an undisclosed North African Airport.

The training delivery will follow a mixture of ICAO, EU & UK Department for Transport practices and will be compliant with the UK National Aviation Security Training Programme together with local and national legislation..

Westminster’s experience, expertise and international presence means companies and governments around the world, such as this, are able to procure specialist aviation security training services and equipment from a known and trusted source with confidence.

Darwin always seem to tank a stock they get involved in. Just their very mention is enough to knock a huge percentage off.

Almaison has zero credibility on Advfn and just read his posts on MAYA for that to be seen.Like I said earlier, if today's RNS was the Middle East contract he'd have proclaimed not only his holding but a a significant top up yesterday. So he sold all of his stock yesterday PRIOR to today's bombshell and yet on Friday posted about a short time line to the airport contracts and the fact he had another £5k sitting by to buy? Let's just agree he's a virtual trader, liar and fantasist... alamaison5 - 17 Nov 2016 - 09:08 - 71 of 114 - 0I lied: Got 30,000 instead, lol.Got another £5k set aside at 22p, but I doubt that this will reach that silly level again.Offering WSG £0.2177 for 55,000 shares.

A fundraising was always going to be required. The warrants though have a 28p strike which is not almost double where the price is now and the CLNs have a cap of 65p or the dreaded 10 day avg.

These projects are significant and require capital, anyone thinking they didn't is in dreamland.
