mixed , so far.... we're on the tv quite a bit in the next few weeks - derby , BH mon , & west ham twice ( league & cup ) all at home - so you can make your own minds up. Lee looks a quality catch..... off to Serbia in the morning :-)

Hi guys, just found the thread.

Very impressed with our boys so far. Our two new signings Luke Wilkshire and Lee Miller look very impressive, and we're actually playing surprisingly well without the great Scott Murray because our attacks are more varied.

Enjoy playing Notts County when you play them because they were absolutely dire on the opening day of the season and did well to keep it down to 5-0. Very poor side.

I reckon it will be between us and QPR for automatic promotion, and having spent £550,000 on our two new players, I'd be very disappointed if we didn't get automatic promotion.

tgg and Dil: how's life in Div.1?

AFCB v Barnsley tomorrow, and desperate for a win to prevent falling into a slump.

Several players injured already, and no money to replace them so could be a hard season ahead!

The hot weather took its toll today on us.

I have never seen the St Johns ambulance people so busy as people were dropping like flies in the crowd due to the heat.

A valuable point for us but we should have lost.

Well today marks the start of a new footie season and the mighty Wrexham F C are at home to Chesterfield.

3 pts guaranteed for the sheepshaggers.

If anyone's interested in a WatfordFC email address, go to www.ClubNames.net.

Looks good to me.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a WatfordFC email address?

I saw an advert in last month's 4-4-2, but couldn't get a copy myself.

Anyone?

Any idea how much a semi-final place is worth? Read in the paper today that the prize money on offer for yesterdays match was £400K which the clubs agreed to split before the game. Next round should be worth at least £1m....

...of course who gives a toss about the money when we are on our way to cardiff :-)

Didn't know Watford still had a fan left after Elton resigned.

If one insists on having football shares, do you go for Leicester at £5m market cap, or Watford at £15m?? No contest, IMHO. But good luck. One of my friends has Watford shares - more of a supporter's gesture than an investment!

Swindon forever!
