The Company's assets now comprise largely listed investments and cash or cash equivalents. At 30 June 2012 they were more than GBP5.0 million or 0.33 pence per share. The Company's net asset value is significantly greater than the Company's share price even without adjusting for the current market price of MRI (which would make the net asset value nearer to 0.4 pence per share) and we are working to achieve a share price that more accurately reflects the value of the Company.

In the WET MRI deal circular, MRI stated that NAV post deal was 4.4 cents.

Now consider that MRI is currently trading at 28 cents or 6 times NAV, I bet the company can't believe what is happening.

Unfortunately for them it appears that the serious investors who are not swayed by sentiment and hype are not rushing forward to buy up the 75% of loan stock that MRI are required to sell to pay the outstanding cash part of the deal.
WHY are they struggling to sell, if it's the bargain that posters on this board claim it to be??

To the WET ramper's who must be well in profit now, well done.
It's the new buyers I feel sorry for.
