According to ColinMc over on LSE on 22nd August CZ told him, "Yes it will happen. Jaco will be here. Details not available but we hope to have an open session for PIs as well.".Still no details 9 days later !

You are correct plus if they get the cash returned they do so with 5% profit (difference between 0.19 and 0.20) ..it's a sell buy back which is a form of stock loan where the fee is capture via the difference in price.
