Got to say the current forecasts in the market look silly low. If you extrapolate the 28% growth rate achieved in Q1 then FY24 revenue would reach ~£114.5m. Q123 grew 39% over Q122 & the full year ended up with ~40% growth, so this doesn't look outlandish at all.

If we then make assumptions that gross profit is maintained at ~39% and admin expenses continue to be well controlled, reaching ~£20m PA (continuing the trend of the last 2 years by adding ~£2.3m PA to overheads), then operating profit / PBT would come in at just over £24m, with resultant EPS at a 25% corporate tax rate of 23.7p

That would put shares on a current PE of just under 18x, vs FY24 EPS growth of ~32%, giving a PEG ratio of 0.55. Clearly too cheap.

Agree with you Hydrus, it’s still early days to get aboard here and the p/e is likely to rise to around 30 as more join the party so the share price can easily double this year. If your holding is modest it’s time to Increase and hold imo, ignore the daily “noise” from twerps trying to trade it

Shore have also said that their FY24 18.6p eps forecast is at least 10% too low......IMO even that is too conservative.Back to where it was pre the panic sell off

Shore Capital

Immature, with strong growth, cash generative – modestly valued: We have written on many occasions that Warpaint is in the foothills of its growth and that with annual revenue of c.£100m and a large market opportunity, it is not beholden to modest changes to market growth in any particular geography. Still very immature, with strong capital-light growth, sustained cash generation and a growing net cash position, we view the Warpaint investment case as compelling. HOUSE STOCK.

Quite agree over longer term. Just pointing out short term volatility in aim stocks however good is the norm when upside is limited.

Last guidence was 18p EPS. If it is something like 24 then shares are already up with events at 18 times earnings.

Stocking up means they really see even more gains in the next few quarter and are managing it appropriately.
It really will be good to see how the new markets are stacking up wet new stores.

I can see this being bought out by a predator.

So no reason for sell off except for maybe a few selling for CGT purposes.
Should be testing the highs this week.
