16/3/2016 18:27 | "scale materially through the theme of enterprise data storage shifting to hyperscale public cloud" WTF ? | yump
16/3/2016 18:22 | You made me laugh anyway stegrego. If it goes bust I'll buy you a pint if there's enough left from my investment. | battlebus2
16/3/2016 15:57 | Break even by the end of 2017 then, if all goes well. I'll look at this after the interim's to see what the likely dilution will be and at what price. See below. Analysts at Investec were more bullish than investors. "Cost discipline has been demonstrated, and the Fusion product still has the potential to scale materially through the theme of enterprise data storage shifting to hyperscale public cloud," they said. Paul Harrison, chief financial officer, said he expected WANdisco to break even by the end of 2017, a year earlier than he had predicted previously. | tickboo
16/3/2016 11:52 | Fingers and thumbs this morning davidosh. | battlebus2
16/3/2016 11:41 | If they 'invested' then no doubt they would retain that target lol | davidosh
16/3/2016 11:36 | Investec retains their buy stance and 245p price target. | battlebus2
16/3/2016 10:28 | Your all a little gloomy on this one i believe but time will tell. | battlebus2
16/3/2016 10:03 | Sadly this has a huge amount of potential and is a really interesting space but the poor revenue coupled with the signigicant cash burn begs the question - when will they be raising funds, not if. They hope to be close to break even, certainly not this financial year - unless there is a huge turnaround. A shame. Will ben keen to see what the interim's say in Sept time but until then and steering well clear. | tickboo
16/3/2016 09:43 | SHORT!!!!!!! | itchycrack
16/3/2016 09:17 | Just by cutting a tiny amount off that $25m of costs naturally moves them closer to break even but that means nothing at all if revenues are static. This could lose another $50m and management would still be saying the same things... Just out of interest have management salaries been reducing significantly to match all the false promises and dramatic fall in expectations or are they the only ones to benefit from shareholders pumping money in ? | davidosh
16/3/2016 07:24 | Overheads $25mln, revenue $11mln, red flags rule! | bookbroker
16/3/2016 07:23 | $2.5 mln cash left, that will gone in a few months, so they had better make break even sooner rather than later! | bookbroker
16/3/2016 07:19 | Slowly getting there i'd say......on track for cash flow break even.....Fund raising of sorts at some point looks likely as they're into the revolving credit facility. | battlebus2
16/3/2016 07:13 | Overvalued garbage, the rate they burn cash they either need another cash raise or it's Goodbye Vienna! | bookbroker
15/3/2016 17:01 | Fair enough - sound strategy. I've been guilty in the past of buying too early and my money has halved and halved again before any recovery. I'm trying to find the discipline personally to wait for momentum and financials to turn before getting involved on the long side...Synety being the prime example :-/ | shaunstar
15/3/2016 16:52 | It's a habit i have shaunstar, buying a few for the long term and then adding in stages. Either way i'll probs be adding tomorrow should it be much higher or lower than todays price. I like the sector that's basically it and todays or tomorrows price doesn't really matter it's what it's going to be in 2/3 years from now which i hope is a multiple of todays. All imho of course dyor etc. Could have called this totally wrong which happens from time to time to us all. | battlebus2
15/3/2016 16:06 | Oh yeah absolutely they need a placing and then my short interest will be over. Problem is - they are burning £20m cash a year. They have placed time and again at successively lower prices - who wants to put more money in... Only to put more in again in a years time? They'll need atleast £20m which is half the mkt cap!! I'm surprised battlebus that you're buying this jam tomorrow story. The numbers don't lie. Again - nothing personal against this company - i just state what i see. GLA Shaun | shaunstar
15/3/2016 15:04 | They've already said lower revenue.....think long term shaunstar...bid is the same as two days previous 135p. I'm beginning to hope there is a placing to put an end to their funding issues. GLALTH... | battlebus2
15/3/2016 15:00 | Results are out tomorrow - i'm expecting lower revenue and insufficent cash (or debt facility) to last more than another 5 months. Its currently down today ahead of results.... doesnt bode well. | shaunstar
14/3/2016 19:16 | Still plenty of buying going on, it seems not apprehensive of any placing with their results on Wednesday. | battlebus2
10/3/2016 18:41 | Chart starting to look good | saturn5
09/3/2016 11:24 | Battlebus2, I think their software in big data handing is head and body above the rest, I added a lot in the 100p | modform |
