I am just bored. I don't even want to make any money I just want to sell at close to breakeven and move on.Problem is between now and the next 2 H2's here I think the stock market in the US takes a mighty beating.

I think H1 will be disappointing as the Azure integration hadn't really kicked in properly so I'd expect a poor H1 and much better H2. Not sure how many times I've said it's last chance saloon as getting raises away having had so many will be tricky.

@maxim - Last year interim results was 25th Sept. So this the key near term information point. They need to show progress and I think strong progress that revenues are growing and sustainably growing. There are indications that companies have upped their spent on IT during the corono period, see Computercentre results today.

This is a bit boring . Any idea how this story pans out? I need £8 to break even. Any chance of that?

The two big holders did not sell a lot of stock by percentage. They sold because these were stock options and so created a tax bill on vesting. The reason given was to pay their tax bills.

The market will not consider this significant at all 5mill USD versus share capital of 320mil, so 1.56%.

Does anybody know why the directors sold (so much) stock. How significant is this as far as the share price in concerned?

got lucky - just bought some on the Microsoft deal - it spiked - bought more, price looked to be stalling so sold! Glad I did as the normal service resumed - i.e. another raise, director sales, then another decent reading res impossible to attach any economic impact to. Thats my problem really - I can't hold for more than 5 minutes as I don't trust them!

Hard to understand these valuations, how do you value a loss making company that has not delivered .

interesting dynamics at play - up to £8+ on not much. Equity raising at 6.50. FD sells shares at 6.20 (I’d have been livid if i was an underwriter at 6.50!!) and now you can buy them at 5.30...which i have. As one poster wrote recently it’s a Geek company that appeals to the Cloud and singularly fails ever to hit its financial targets whilst continually raising money...and we let it! No doubting who are the mugs!! Anyway fingers crossed 5.30 was as good a buy as 8.15 was a sale!

Ralph - "4 years on from the announcement", keep up!! You might not have noticed but the company have completely changed their model several times since then. They are no longer really focusing on direct sales. Alongside a deal with InfoSys to start selling the product they have recently concluded a first of it's type tie-up with a little known company called Microsoft and its fledgling Azure platform....
