Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 3 May 2019 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan completed the acquisition of 105,556 ordinary shares (comprising of 52,778 Partnership and 52,778 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 26.057p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their April salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.

Sean Lam acquired 573 Partnership shares and 573 Matching shares, giving him a total of 45,556 held in his Share Incentive Plan.
