05/3/2008 20:18 | 700k traded today.looks like someone is picking these up.and usually there is a good reason.lets see what tomorrow brings.large spread on these but still look very interesting. | bronek1959b

05/3/2008 06:50 | 1600 traded and and another rise .what happens if we get some decent volume!! | bronek1959b
02/3/2008 18:25 | yes, agreed recent rises aren't due to the herd .... therefore could be a nice little earner once it is 'spotted'.... | don muang
02/3/2008 16:32 | don.thought that myself.rises over the last week are not due to the herd ,so to speak .if news comes and its a good contract for its technology then this could fly.the technology fits in nicely with the energy debate that is very topical at present and will become more of an issue in the coming years.looking forward to next week for lots of reasons but anticipation of possibly more rises in this as i think a leak to the privalaged few is the reason for the latest rise.also like the look of energetix. | bronek1959b
02/3/2008 15:48 | see EGX THread as well. | elmfield
02/3/2008 14:27 | hi ... bronek1959b .... you're not quite alone ..... although I don't presently own any VPHA, I do hold EGX. One plus point to bare in mind in terms of posts on this thread is that 'Good' stocks that haven't been 'discovered' yet by the masses / rampers do tend to increase in share price quite nicely when they do get 'noticed'. One good RNS might put it in that position ..... | don muang
02/3/2008 13:18 | right thats it .what have i done wrong .nobody wants to talk to me .contracts soon maybe .news before april 8.? | bronek1959b

22/11/2007 13:01 | post 44 says: "At the moment VPhase is taking to various manufacturers of fuse boxes and other electrical equipment, as well as utility companies. No agreements have been finalised as yet. VPhase will supply components to these manufacturers. " would be nice to have an update on these talks (eg by year-end)? Or will we have to wait till Mr Juby is installed (Jan 1st)? | andrbea
07/11/2007 14:53 | SAGEM, I think the drop today is more likely to indicate substantial profit-taking at 4p, after all a doubling in little more than a month is good going for most investors. I think it may drop as quickly as it rose but perhaps find support at 3p or so. Edit.. PS am not a holder but am keeping an eye on it. Am quite concerned by its illiquidity, from the accounts it appears that only 1% is in free float. | cyberbub
07/11/2007 07:22 | They have already risen dramatically without any news, so good news will see a further huge rise in the share price. | sagem

04/11/2007 09:03 | VPHASE is certainly geraing up for big times especially now with high powered VIP joining the company.....looking forward to their first RNS announcement showing progress/ contracts achieved :- VPhase PLC - Appointment of Director Article text may be cut off to the right Click to view article in a new window RNS Number:7522F VPhase PLC 16 October 2007 Press Release 16 October 2007 VPhase plc ('VPhase' or the 'Company') Appointment of Director The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Lee Juby, as Chief Executive Officer, to the Board of VPhase plc with effect from 1 January 2008. Dr Juby was one of the principal inventors of the Company's energy-saving voltage control device. Dr Juby's most recent experience has been with Rolls-Royce DGS, as the head of product planning with responsibility for the strategic development of the business and venture investments. Dr Juby will be responsible for the commercialisation of a range of voltage control devices, which are expected to emerge from the Company's already established ''technology platform''. The Directors have also agreed to grant Dr Juby options over 15,603,001 of the ordinary shares of 0.25p each, fully paid at an exercise price of 1.88p per ordinary share, the middle market price of the ordinary shares ruling at the time of the negotiation. The exercise period will be 01/01/11 to 01/01/14. Dr Lee Juby holds a Ph.D in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) and has a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nottingham Trent University. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. Dr Juby has previously worked at EA technology Ltd where he was senior technical expert and as a Director of Energetix (Pnu) Power Limited where he was responsible for the electrical and electronic aspects of products under development by Energetix Group and its subsidiaries. Commenting on the appointment, Chairman of VPhase, Adrian Hutchings, said: 'We are delighted to announce the appointment of Lee Juby as Chief Executive Officer. Lee's technical and commercial knowledge of the VPhase voltage control product, coupled with his managerial expertise, will be invaluable to the Company's development. We believe that a wide range of markets will benefit from the introduction of the Company's cost effective devices at a time when regulatory and economic pressures are demanding ever-increasing energy savings. These markets include both new housing and housing replacement in the public and private sectors, as well as the commercial property sector, namely office and retail outlets. Lee joins us at an exciting stage and we look forward to working with him in bringing our existing and future technologies to maturity and, ultimately, taking full advantage of this strong market potential.' | sagem
04/11/2007 09:03 | The first RNS/contrat win will clear this share price for take off, at present the company is off the radar screen..........but not for long. | sagem
02/11/2007 06:44 | TIME TO GET ON THE BANDWAGON WHILE THE SHARES ARE SO CHEAP..HUGE POTENTIAL AND NOT REALISED YET BY THE WORLD INVESTORS ....... THIS product is a device that controls the incoming voltage to a property to a set point. Although electricity is provided by generators and distributors at a nominal specification, for instance domestic supplies are rated at 230 volts in the UK and 110 volts in North America, the actual voltage levels can vary significantly. In the UK it is legally permissible for domestic electricity to be delivered at anywhere between 216V and 253V, with resulting effects on product performance and reliability. When fed with a higher voltage many household devices convert the additional energy into wasted heat and in some cases, such as light bulbs, this excess voltage can result in a shortened operational life. Tests conducted by EVC have demonstrated that the voltage control device can save approximately 10% of electricity used by domestic products such as televisions, fridges/freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners and central heating pumps by ensuring that they run closer to the voltage for which they were designed. The voltage control device is aimed at both new-build and refurbishment applications within the housing, retail and commercial sectors, which represent a combined market opportunity of over 900,000 units per annum in the UK alone. THIS DEVICE IS BIG NEWS VERY BIG NEWS ESPECIASLLY FOR THE GREEN ECONOMY AND SAVING THE PLANET. | sagem
01/11/2007 21:58 | This one has done amazingly well in just a month, on b*gger-all volume, because it is very illiquid (only 1% of shares in public hands!!). It is certainly a very positive product they sell, I am a bit worried that the share price will drop back down though shortly, I am not sure how it can manage to carry on like this on no real news, no sales, no intellectual property as far as I can see? Certainly their website is very basic. Any comments appreciated, I don't hold at present. | cyberbub
01/11/2007 19:25 | wow...this is really something to sing about NO WONDER THE SHARE PRICE IS RISING What is voltage control? Voltage control is controlling the incoming voltage to a property to a set point. The voltage level delivered to domestic properties is normally set at a nominal value of between 240V and 110V depending on location In the UK and a number of other countries voltage levels are set at a nominal rate of between 220V to 240V. The Energetix Voltage Control business will initially focus on the 220V 240V regions as this is where the Directors consider best energy savings can be achieved. Whilst in the United Kingdom the nominal voltage level is rated at 230V the actual level of voltage delivered to each home can legally vary between 216V and 253V, although measurements taken by the Company have demonstrated higher levels may be achieved. Most electrical devices in a home in the United Kingdom are designed to operate at the lower level of the legal voltage namely 216V and any higher level of volts does not necessarily give additional performance but the surplus energy is typically wasted in the form of heat. For example a television does not produce a better picture, a fridge does not get colder. Items that benefit from higher voltage levels are heating systems such as cookers, electric showers, kettles, etc. In general items that benefit from high voltage are connected to one side of a split consumer unit, the other side being used for the house ring mains and circuits that may benefit from a residual current circuit breaker ("RCCB"). For the majority of items that do not benefit from higher than their designated operating voltage, high voltage both wastes energy and can shorten the operating life of the product, for example light bulbs operating with higher voltage burn out sooner than those with lower voltage. The Voltage Control Device is designed to be attached to the post RCCB side of the consumer unit in order to control the incoming voltage to a set point of 220V, slightly higher than the minimum design point for household electrical items in Europe thereby ensuring that electrical appliances in the home operate closer to the voltage condition for which they were designed. | sagem |
