07/12/2009 22:16 | Empirestate, as far as I'm aware, the only testing completed so far is CE safety testing. The same as any other electrical device has to pass. The present performance testing is to verify claimed savings. Do yourselves a favour and read further back in the thread to see exactly what savings on consumption are possible. Topinfo, are you on the right thread. Vphase don't make smart meters and the shares definitely aren't cheap. | melton john
02/12/2009 11:52 | Best buy some more now whilst they are cheap. DJ Smart Idea: New Meters To Save On Energy (SKY NEWS)--Plans to install 'smart meters' in millions of homes to help people cut their gas and electricity usage will be unveiled later. Full Story (END) Dow Jones Newswires December 02, 2009 06:51 ET (11:51 GMT) | topinfo
01/12/2009 22:27 | john, it is toppy for a gbp3m balance sheet co with no revenues 'yet'. however, the energy suppliers will need to earn their CER's and installing the box is certainly the way. the equipment has alreay undergone sufficient testing so the trial should obtain the stamp of approval. may have to wait for southerns approval before any share price action but you never know ed milliband may endorse the product and have the same installed alongwith the smart meters | empirestate
30/11/2009 13:14 | Looks like a few sellers have been waiting the chance to dump. Market cap £37M, get real. | melton john
29/11/2009 16:31 | just look in tomorrow for the fireworks to start | janekane
26/11/2009 15:44 | great news today, looks like my faith in this one will come good. little reaction to trials on share price at the mo, but the equipment has already been tested so i reckon it should be a formality for the acceptance of the device. what is in it for the electricity companies, CER's, makes perfect sense | empirestate
03/11/2009 17:15 | VPhase actually profiled in Quoted Cleantech this month. They follow some pretty large cleantech stocks, but also a few AIM companies: | billhaydon
28/10/2009 21:35 | me worst performer in the portfolio today although not overly concerned as bought for the long term and will hopefully have jam on my toast next year | empirestate
19/10/2009 17:24 | Looks like they need some share price control technology. Chart pointing to 4p next stop. Still overpriced at that with market value of £28M. | melton john
07/10/2009 15:55 | the proposition will be much better when/if the CERT subsidy is approved by ofgem - should knock a couple of years off the payback. | wharfboy
07/10/2009 15:11 | British Gas dont think the same way | bailey9
07/10/2009 12:22 | Hmm, £299 (plus installation costs say £50-80?) for something which could save you 10% of your electricity, ie. probably £50 a year for a typical family home, would give a payback period of 7-8 years... the thing might have broken down by then! Not particularly compelling IMO until the price including installation comes down to £200-250 all-in. Unless you have a large or particularly energy-hungry house of course! DYOR | cyberbub
24/9/2009 18:09 | It's been posted on the vphase website - basically a launch document for the product... has anyone put their order in yet? | wharfboy
23/9/2009 23:38 | wat was that supplement wharfy | empirestate
15/9/2009 08:31 | Has anyone else seen the supplement in the Times today? should help bring the orders in... | wharfboy
11/9/2009 14:04 | picked up a few today, reckon the last of the seller has gone more or less. looking forward to tuesday | empirestate
02/9/2009 23:21 | ZAP that's 2% of the issue, but the good thing is there was a taker. just stumbled across these today. the product is very attractive considering those electricity companies are ripping everyone off. it needs the government to insist that the product is combined with the meter. the current valuation of gbp41 million looks a tad toppy with a nav of only gbp3m but if milliband was sold the story some positive/concrete future usage for the product might come out at the interims on the 15th.better to sit and wait considering the share price has been under some pressure lately. | empirestate
27/8/2009 14:15 | 14 Million shares sold this morning. Thats over £800 000 worth of shares. Any thoughts anyone. Could this be the end of a share overhang?. And who is selling? | zap217
06/8/2009 09:24 | Fallen like a lead balloon since then | zap217
05/8/2009 14:44 | Vphase featured on working lunch last week.... | wharfboy
19/7/2009 09:33 | Thanks recommended but I don't do potential any more. How about a company with a market cap of £33M and profit of £10M and loads of cash. Velosi!! | melton john
18/7/2009 22:04 | Thank you MJ, I have spent some more time investigating CINP in the last little while & whilst not wishing to take up too much space on this thread I can honestly say that CINP is probably the stock with the most potential that I have seen for a very long time. Right place right time? We will see. But, take a look at their website www.active-energy.co Recommended | recommended
17/7/2009 10:06 | Good morning and respect to you too Omzy, but it was "Recommended" who suggested Cinpart as a better alternative. | melton john
17/7/2009 09:38 | Good call on Cinpart MJ - every respect | omzy |
