30/9/2011 19:30 | Wow unusually high volume for VGAS today, what do we make of that? Looks like majority are buys but still she falls...could we be hearing news soon? | flirker
27/9/2011 13:51 | Seem very cheap again, have picked a few up thinking its more likely to be the recent weakness in the sector that brought these down rather than any leaks. | eric76
26/9/2011 21:50 | There is a few stocks at their year low at the mo.... VGAS held up quite well in comparison initially and imo will recover better then some too, we are producing and in profit after all. I'm sure they will use a bad result to hammer this down more though. That's why I'm waiting before toping up as may be a great opportunity. | flirker
26/9/2011 20:39 | Leak ? Bad news leak ?? | pillion
26/9/2011 19:27 | Thanks Mel. I guess that's a development well, but I should really start to catch up with this one. Cheers! | biggerthus
26/9/2011 19:15 | Yes, the Yuzhny Romanovskaya-1 well and they were halfway back in June | tradermel
26/9/2011 16:08 | Almost at 52 week lows and the level I got in earlier this year. Haven't been following recently, but just saw the excellent results - and isn't there a hole approaching TD right now too? | biggerthus
26/9/2011 15:34 | It'll only be a good sign when I buy Jal! :-) ...still watching. | sat69
26/9/2011 11:14 | Buy of 50,000 -- Good sign ? | pillion
23/9/2011 14:44 | The Russian stock market has been hit very badly and the rouble is very weak, so this must have something to with it. Similarly for PTR,EXI etc. When everyone is panicked into cash, mayhem is the result and there's no discrimiation between good and bad, initially. If I'm going to curse any one its the doppleganger, corrupt, useless and second rate EU politicians who have never ever lived in the real world, just shuffling pieces of paper. No wonder that Stasi bunch are hated by many. | corrientes
23/9/2011 14:36 | WTF is going on here, nearly half where we were 3 months ago, and company is in a better position. I'll never understand this corrupt business of share dealing and investing, oh well just need to sit tight I suppose | wata1971
21/9/2011 11:51 | Nice, thought they might add after those results. Someone just picked up another 107k worth too. Wonder why its not moving as usually flies on little volume. Guess needs a bit more in these markets.GLA | flirker
19/9/2011 17:02 | Hmmm.... Someone ups their holding by 700,000 ?? | pillion
14/9/2011 13:49 | Just plain frustrating though isn't it, and a week earlier than last year. | tradermel
14/9/2011 10:18 | Maybe sats got his wads out :) these are going to edge up nicely in the next few weeks as the results are digested.hopefully that inst that got on board recently will start adding again too. | flirker
14/9/2011 10:09 | More than 30,000 shares gone through at way over the market price Is this a deal from yesterday ? | djalan
14/9/2011 06:14 | Cos - I doubt my aired opinion is going to force sellers to drive the share price down. Jal - You know better! I'm sitting on a wad of cash, but it isn't going here just yet. I'll let you know when I'm in. | sat69
13/9/2011 23:23 | Shame on you Sat ! btw, in your research did you notice the high percentage of shares tightly held ? Jal | djalan
13/9/2011 22:54 | Exactly - you are deramping in order to get the price you want. At least you admitted it. BTW, not perturbed at all. Frustrated, yes, as I'm sure many investors are at present. However my shares are paid for and I have a lot of patience. I waited 5 years to make plenty of money on another Russian oiler, so no worries here mate. | coscos
13/9/2011 22:48 | Cos - I don't own and having spent considerable time reading the report I made an independent decision to sit it out. Clearly you are perturbed having bought in at higher levels and sitting on a paper loss. For my part, I am merely stating the reason I will not be investing unless the share price falls further. | sat69
13/9/2011 22:38 | Sat69....are you for real?.....such an obvious deramp, you should be ashamed of yourself. You've obviously forgotten how much cash they are raking in at the moment.....by the time they have completed any studies, they will have more than enough to invest with. Gas production is scheduled for H2 2012, so there is lot's of time before any other decisions are made as regards further production. A market cap of £74m for this company is crazy....it should be x2 that at least. It will be once Russian oilers come back into favour, I have no doubt about that. | coscos
13/9/2011 22:26 | Here's the bit I don't like. Smells to me like a future fundraising event could be in store... A test run of VM gas through the facilities has confirmed that an upgrade of the processing units will be required. The Group has commissioned further studies to determine the configuration of the upgrades required, taking into account the potential to add further field developments in the future. The current expectation is that the plant upgrades will be implemented in time for initial gas production from VM during H2 2012 with an investment of approximately US$5.0 million. It is currently anticipated that full scale production may require further plant upgrades. This is the subject of further technical and economic studies. | sat69
13/9/2011 19:53 | .....Gas is currently sold to Trans Nafta at a price equivalent to approximately US$90 per thousand cubic metres net....... Is this a good price ? We bought the gobbins from ??? | pillion
13/9/2011 15:54 | Guess the difference is from the VM wells now they are hooked up. Wonder what it will be once the plant is upgraded to handle full scale production? spending 5m on the upgrade so must be worth it. | flirker
13/9/2011 15:38 | ........For the remainder of 2011, production is expected to average above 2,600 boepd.......... | pillion |
