It's the new company that we took out that will give momentum imho
although it came carrying debt of many $$$$

The principal liabilities of GND are:



· RUR 677 million (US$24.4 million) of intercompany borrowings from the Trans Nafta group.



· A RUR 600 million (US$21.7 million) payable to OOO Gaznefteservice ("GNS"), a subsidiary of Volga Gas. This liability arises from a pre-payment made by GNS in 2008 for the originally planned purchase of the 75% interest in the GPU.



· In addition, GND has received a court order to pay RUR 118 million (US$4.3 million) of VAT and related fines. This liability arose because the tax authorities deemed the prepayment outlined above from GNS to be payment for an asset and claimed a proportion in VAT.

A few facts to keep reminding ourselves why we are invested here -

As of 31st March 2011 - $27.7M net cash (an increase from $26.6M)

Trans Nafta court case resolved.

Average price per barrel (2009 - $25) (2010 - $32 and rising to $35 at year end. Prices have continued to rise this year.

C1/C2 recoverable reserves have increased by 9.3 mmboe after aquiring the Dobrinskoye assets (previous to aquisition reserves were 67.3 mmboe)

100% ownership of the GPU with the wells from the VM field coming on line early 2012.

Since Jan 1st average production was 1300 bopd (2010 - 1115 bopd)
Dobrinskoye is producing 1900 boepd additional to figure above!!!!

And this from the year end results - Exploration well in the Urozhainoye-2 area to commence drilling (That was at 31st March 2011)

I wonder when we will here of any progress on that one?

Has anyone worked out the commercial aspect of where we may be at year end results 2011 and where the share price should be.
