Dr biotech - best hope is margin stabilisation, volex have flagged future lower/stable margins. Revenue growth will be the driver here and consumer electricals is the problem division to watch out for IMO. I am waiting on the sidelines for the TU.

Very concerning price action here going into the trading update this month.

Expensive, low margin acquisitions paid for with debt may now be coming home to roost.

Over the last few years the trading update has been 28th Mar, 15 & 20 Apr. So trading update in the next week or so. Could do with a positive boost, given the share price is at a 30month low.

Debt could be the key issue, and that’s not likely to improve for another 6months or so as stock unwinds, but turnover and margins may be positive.

Good chance this will happen as this share has completely dropped off the radar and has become a bit unloved.. The love should return after the next results! All the fundamentals look good.

Looking at global demand trends this year in Volex core markets plus growth at competitors, it looks highly likely we're going to get a blowout top line number in 2 weeks time. For the last several years, the April number has been the one to provide the biggest share price jump, a 10% to 75% gain range in the weeks around the April trading announcement over last 5 years.
