What I dont understand is how they were bragging about reducing debt by 8m to 10m in July due to working capital improvements and then boom, now 40m.

Illiquid - always over reacts in an auction like this - then settles as the stops are cleared and buyers get in cheap imo.

I'll try to add on the lows here.

All imo/dyor etc

Well - looks like a kitchen sink job and we don't have long to see what Mr Market makes of them. I guess it's a case of crash the stops with a rebound later in the day?

Terrible results, and lack of guidance resulting in cut to dividend, amazing that things were allowed to get so bad, maybe if N.R. Investments paid as much attention here as to stake in Bumi things would not have got to this stage, clear markdown at open in offing!

Was the market expecting that level of debt? Anyone seen a broker note which states the anticipated figure?

Well as posted last week here I wasn't expecting anything great from these results - the new board hasn't been in place long enough to show what they can do. It takes 12 to 18 months before you see the tangible effects of a new board but the share price will react ahead of that normally, despite little news of improvement in the public domain.

These results clear the carp and baggage along with the old directors. The new board can now go forward with making improvements and getting the glory full glory imo.

Getting Geraint Anderson on board from TTG is a bit of a coup - he has had good success with the turnaround there and his experience and connections could be valuable imo.

Bit of short term noise but I'm looking to see these continue to trend up on faith in the new board going forward imo - huge potential here to be unleashed by the right actions imo.

All imo/dyor etc.

Not pretty short term but actions in place with good client relationships (ongoing revenue) and still generating income

Market reaction hard to judge - I think a hold & see

- Decline in Revenue
- Now loss making compared to profits last year
- Significant 10 fold increase in debts
- Challenging markets
- Reduction in margins rom 17.8% to 17.1%
- COO resigned
- Dividend eliminated

Conclusion : Expecting big sell off at the open

Looks pretty ugly at first glance, COO gone, no dividend given current trading conditions. Only bright bit is around cost savings and jam tomorrow promise of growth next year .No idea how the price will react mind!

Just the usual leakage in advance of Thursday, and some shorting/selling - wouldn't be the stock market without a bit of inside information leaking, eh?

New CEO and CFO doing a bit of kitchen sinking (stock write-offs?) preparing the space for their own actions to show improvement - no point in them taking the reputation dent for their predecessors etc.

Can't see the numbers being good, it's mainly about the outlook and prospects.
