It's the little people taking profits/breaking even, as I said - probably after buying lower, or also those who bought a few weeks ago when it was at this price in the expectation of a quick turn on the breakout - which didn't happen hence they were stranded, ergo they're now extricating themselves.

Suits very well that somebody is buying, but we did see this before and a 15p dip - on miserable volume.

We do need some news - I imagine the numbers will be poor, as discussed ad nauseam previously, but it's the narrative and future direction that counts. I still like the basics - minimal debt, manufacturing in the right geography, no pension legacy issues to speak of, and the basic physics of what they do (power needs leads to be conducted efficiently, i.e. down a cable, whatever the specific type, optical or otherwise - this so-called wireless charging that the Daily Mail et al keep trying to plug is woefully inefficient due to dispersal), not to mention the targetting of higher margin revenues.

Yep - let's see where we close but sells above 125 with the price holding is what we need to see imo.

Who's taking profits imastu p. ?

Lots of trades at the bid but the share price is up - clearly a larger buyer picking up any that small holders want to sell imo.

Edit:

Always cautious of new management teams (especially CEO and FD) joining. I believe in the adage that profit warnings come in x3s and we've had x2 so far.

Not for me.

Not a lot - sometimes it gives an idea of underlying direction of travel, as it's the price that matches the largest volume of bidders and sellers in the closing auction. Hence a high price indicates an excess of buyers, and so on.

But in this case the volumes are small (dividend reinvestment, I would suggest) that it doesn't of itself mean much.

Not complaining though...

;-)

edit - sorry, had the page open a while, so didn't see previous post. But he's a sceptic, anyway...

;-)

Quite a bit of selling this morning, on here and ISDX. Saw this last time and it pulled back, clearly some resistance here. Pity, we all though it was plain sailing up to 140, but as we haven't had any update from the company lately, I guess I can see why peeps are taking profits. Personally in for the long haul, until I'm not...

It's the best indicator of the actual market price at a distinct point in time. So it's useful - especially with small cap stocks with wide spreads and lots of 'O' trades which are difficult to categorise as buys or sells.

1. I think it's 140 not 155 (run a candlestick)

2. Volume today is really low compared to Sept 20th which was the last attempt at breaking 125.

3. UT on Sept 20th was 126 so need to better that.....................
