16/5/2024 15:04 | The problem many investors have is that they get too caught up with talking about amount of debt. Debt makes companies. I look at the business from a what are its products and what does it want to be in the future perspective. Vodafone is a global company with business in Africa and India, through Vodacom and Vodafone Idea. These are 2 of the world’s most prominent locations for accelerating growth and power. Vodafone is merging with 3 to become the largest in the uk bolstering its European base and influence. Vodafone is taking great steps to become a Telco As A Service (TaaS) / Network As A Service (NaaS) business model. Which you can see through their new found hiring of tonnes of software engineers, levelling up the country into the modern era and future of telecommunications. Vodafone has investments with companies like Microsoft, IBM, Qualcomm all making strides for advancement in quantum computing, cloud computing, and AI. Vodafone is also releasing an Internet of Things service soon too, another vision coming into fruition to steamroll this company into the future. Vodafone is an incredible investment decision. To top all the above off Vodafone is extremely undervalued, and is within the UK stock market, which is undervalued as a whole. The whole world is SLEEPING on the value of the London Stock Exchange. People are all flocking to the USA for the tinniest most insignificant companies and sleeping on these giants on the LSE. Vodafone is very very undervalued. | russell crowe

16/5/2024 14:10 | I suspect bad news coming for BT, from outside the box. They are too heavy in, to be getting it wrong. So i think they have a solid lead on something Just have to see if it broadly affects VOD hence also a possible reason for buyback. Shouldnt though bar first few emotional days | institutional investments
16/5/2024 14:05 | Everything was a buy hold for BT into today. We both can see that to be honest for once. BT itself to etf markets just prior, vod etc They could have released administration and gone up But, the shorters would see that too So obviously not playing financials bar addons to come soon. They actually did a near period aggregate addition, despite all markets saying, 80% odds on, BT has to go up. Funds flooding into equity and income near daily for months as well Thats the strangest part of it all To be seen what they are really playing | institutional investments
16/5/2024 13:59 | if it did not occur, would BT be playing same zone today? Doubt it | institutional investments
16/5/2024 13:57 | Ah ok. is buyback creating a market post results, in VOD , that wouldnt have occurred otherwise Probably Dunno lol But if designed to do so, then thats ok whatever works, right? | institutional investments
16/5/2024 13:55 | you were buyback specific. Im not spotting the outlier for the buyback question in data | institutional investments
16/5/2024 13:52 | BT is exactly same make-up, so suspect something there too? | institutional investments

16/5/2024 13:36 | In overall scheme of things, it doesnt look that odd Was last primary block around 65s or whatever. So maybe funds instructed buyback to continue support. pretty natural rise from one block to next, and earnings day took out next block Doesn't seem that odd , nor in related markets | institutional investments
16/5/2024 13:34 | you could be referring to a few things - loan and credit market behaviour - anything really. just need a specific | institutional investments

16/5/2024 13:27 | As part of our proposed merger with Three UK, Vodafone has committed to providing 5G SA technology to 99% of the UK population by 2034. Scotland, for example, would gain £9 billion in productivity benefits as a result of 5G SA, thanks to improvements across healthcare, education, agriculture and business. On completion of the merger I reckon £1.25 will be an easily achievable ….. | soup de jour
