interesting tech development even if no development in the sp low volume probably indicates everyone has given up and lost interest. if that isn't a buy signal, i don't know what is? |
Just needs a good dose of Viagra to maintain the rise to 69.. |
Don't know what others think but FTSE all time highs and VOD closer to all time lows...never seen such low volumes on VOD...is the smart money still on side lines awaiting indices correction?... |
Tbf the price has held pretty steady. Given that there's no buyback volume I'll take that as a positive |
It follows the firm carrying out what it says is the UK's first satellite-enabled smart phone video call. Source: BBC News https://search.app/2sJBuWCpuU9uyN6H6 |
Been a holder like all other suffering shareholders... |
You rather made your point, Diku… Are you a holder here or waiting for a lower entry? Obviously, if you don’t mind sharing this kind of info.- You are active on this board. |
Well when it was trading at 78p some posters here said it would not go below 70p again...when I mentioned 68 - 70p revisit...it sure did...

It is a bit depressing, agree |
: “…reversal to 63p would be around April/May...”: Hahahaha:) |
FTSE up all day...VOD down all day...is today's volume for real.. |
Markets up VOD down...some correlation...looking at that long term chart a mountain reversal to 63p would be around April/May... |
There's a lot like it, diku |
It's very frustrating. There's a lot like it diluting. I'm sure she will bring it through the hard times. I both sides. Patience is needed. |
That reporter could have asked Madam why VOD share price keeps going down... |
This just gaps down every morning... |
Brits will always have mobile phone & internet signal at home after tech breakthrough that beats Elon Musk's Starlinkhttps://www.thesun.co.uk/tech/33089129/mobile-phone-breakthrough-vodafone-space-race?utm_source=sharebar_app&utm_medium=sharebar_app&utm_campaign=sharebar_app_article |
Extending the reach of cellular networksNo business can afford to be disconnected. The Vodafone IoT Satellite solution connects customer sites and assets, even in areas with limited or no cellular connectivity, underpinned by the Vodafone Managed IoT Connectivity Platform. Whether you're in utilities, banking, retail, oil and gas, environment monitoring or farming, having continuous access to IoT (Internet of Things) services is essential. But sometimes, business takes you to remote, rural or mountainous locations where fixed line or cellular access is limited or absent. In the United Kingdom, for example, there are 4,500 miles of roads with no coverage and a further 29,000 miles are only partially covered. Vodafone Business Satellite IoT services can help connect these areas and provide reliable backup for business-critical uses. No matter how many IoT devices your business requires or where they are, you only have to access the Vodafone Managed IoT Connectivity Platform and solve any connectivity or device management challenges related to cellular coverage conditions. |
I see VOD madam was in the news today... |
First stay above 70p struggle...now 68p struggle... |
Seems a fair bet that boring old companies with steady revenues and high barriers to entry might be back in vogue |
AT&T results out. Once again note how their debt is far greater than Vodafone's at 3x EBITDA, VOD at 2x. |
