01/5/2007 08:31 | Well yes if Greenhouse ever generates revenues from the Bauxsol licenses. It's only 10 months since this occured so still early days. | alan russell
01/5/2007 08:26 | Acquisition of Bauxsol technology licenses by Greenhouse fund Does this help VTI? | willoicc
27/4/2007 12:09 | No information update or even a chairmans comment. What are they doing for free shares certainly not keeping their shareholders informed. | antreg
27/4/2007 09:53 | Good to see that the exercise price on the options issued to the CEO over the 7m shares is at a substantial premium (c43%) over the current share price ... should be a decent incentive to get the share price moving | judge jury
27/4/2007 08:28 | That's quite a bit of new equity issued. Presumably VTI receive c.£1m in cash for the 6,655,789 shares at 14p. Also, final confirmation that the placing went through properly | judge jury
26/4/2007 00:22 | I'll start to get excited when I break even at 40p+ Till then... yawwwwnnn.... ;-) edit: The AGM announcement wasn't exactly frothing over with newsflow, was it?! | cleudo
25/4/2007 18:01 | Well some big deals today. Last of all 250k at 14p. I have no idea whats going on all of a sudden. Any ideas out there!!!!!!!!!!!! Cluedo obviously knows nothing!! | a3whd
25/4/2007 14:42 | The poor slob... ;-) | cleudo
25/4/2007 12:59 | No doubt an active buyer is about, how big is the question? | antreg
25/4/2007 11:48 | Numis were bidding for more than 500,000. I know an old holder who has sold 500k and NUMIS are still buyers. You should see the 500k trade later. | a3whd
25/4/2007 10:39 | Numis house broker...could they know something others don't? | timben
25/4/2007 10:28 | NUMIS bidding a full penny more than any other MM - strange? | vitamal
25/4/2007 10:25 | Just a guess, but I suspect there was some noise around during the placing period ... i.e. VTI giving a wink and a nod to various institutions about imminent orders re Aquasolve. Obviously news from HYR helps (and I am sure will continue to help) but I still think VTI need to demonstrate that it's core business is exciting. Otherwise, you may as well just invest in HYR. | judge jury
25/4/2007 09:46 | The question is this on the back of hyr or something else in the background. An RNS would be nice. | antreg
25/4/2007 09:34 | Can we get through the 14p mark which would be a chart breakout? 2 buys of 100k at 13.75p earlier. Fingers and the rest crossed. | a3whd
24/4/2007 17:32 | Chaps I share your frustrations-I cannot believe that the Virotec share price has drifted so low. I do take some comfort though that in 2 years or less,Hydrodec will have capacity to produce 180,000 litres of superfine oil a day.Given that this is essentially a recycled product, and by all accounts superior to existing transformer oils - demand must exist. Also remember these Electricity Companies are only paying for the processing - as they already own the oil.I have no idea whether the cost per litre of new oil is less than the total cost(transport, proce However-the real clincher for me is the following Company announcement dated 25/11/2004-when Vert-Eco was demerged ......In addition, Virotec retains its on g oin g royalty from HydroDec of 5 per cent of its g ross revenue.... 5% of total sales as a royalty - and remember the above figures only refer to transformer oil.Hydraulics I believe will be even bigger. 24/4/2007 16:26 | There are January minutes on the Penndot site referring to the continued testing of viromine pellets and the discontinuance excocite trials. They must still think there are some prospects for it. | vitamal
24/4/2007 15:53 | As a frustrated holder for the last 2 years my inclination is still to view it as a long term hold. The urbanisation of China will create a huge demand for clean water. If they can get their water treatment technology into China then the sky is the limit | pmorrell
24/4/2007 15:39 | I hope that someone does know something positive which will get this dog out of the kennel! | lplp
24/4/2007 13:43 | Somebody knows something | erkman
24/4/2007 13:27 | More buying and 12.75p -13.5p Any ideas??? | a3whd
24/4/2007 09:20 | Hello Hello. MMs taking stock out of market . This follows a deal in almost 2.5m yesterday. This may have been a stock overhang. Now this is out of the way the price may move. 12.5-13p already. Interesting. | a3whd
22/4/2007 09:12 | Virotec advises: "The placing proceeding as announced on 28 March. Our advisors had advised that a further announcement was not necessary unless the placing did not proceed as announced. I will raise this question with them again." Clearly the placing was taken up. As Timben points out, the market will allow anyone to purchase at around that amount. | steve3005
18/4/2007 17:07 | I had a quick look at 'officialwire' including comments about 'officialwire' from other commentators. I don't think the opinions expressed there should be given any great weight. At the time (2005) it would seem the writer was mostly interested in drumming up interest for his book 'exposing' a 'fraud' - unless you really like unsubstantiated conspiracy theries that is. In which case read on and have a good laugh. I emailed Virotec today asking them to make a timely public announcement of the result of their proposed share placement. They came back quite quickly with an answer to another question I had about the annual accounts. If I get a reply I'll post it here. | steve3005 |
