13/4/2007 15:19 | Seems like they are running out of time... | timben
11/4/2007 11:27 | Nope ... and I think that's the problem. We need confirmation that they have got their cash | judge jury
11/4/2007 11:23 | Any news Chaps? | timben
05/4/2007 10:33 | TimBen I know that they officially have until 16th April, but "It is expected that Admission will become effective by 8.30 a.m. on 2 April 2007." Lots of people on holiday this week and next week, so that they haven't done it already is worrying me. | russianlinesman
04/4/2007 09:30 | The Placing Agreement is conditional, inter alia, upon admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") having become effective by 8.30 a.m. on 2 April 2007, or such later date (being no later than 8.30 a.m. on 16 April 2007), as the Company and Numis may agree. from the news release | timben
04/4/2007 08:44 | is it worth pointing out that the new equity was supposed to be done by 2 April 8.30 am and there has been no RNS? | russianlinesman
29/3/2007 15:24 | Vitamal .....I cannot understand why the share price lingers around this level..looking forward (which the market is supposed to do) things look pretty good for VTI yet the share price is languishing??? | timben

29/3/2007 14:06 | Without going into the figures too much the company appears to be expanding its revenues quite quickly ................. ..... Aus ... North America... Europe..... Total Rev for 6 months to Dec06 ......... 890 127 553 1570 Rev for 12 mths to June 06 .......... 930 25 372 1327 I have excluded sale of business to GHF and income from Penndot in June 2006 figures. If the 6 months to June 2007 produced revenue of 1570 then the 12 month tover on underlying operations would have increased by 236%. The report would infer that more should be achieved so perhaps there are signs that some of the products are gaining quite rapid acceptance. I have not tried to be terribly sophisticated so please do not rely on these figures as there may be one off items that I have not considered. PS cannot line up figures under columns | vitamal
29/3/2007 13:38 | Why have they raised this extra cash in Australia ? I thought they delisted their, and were only listed in UK now. | omega1525
29/3/2007 10:56 | Vitamal What does cash flow positive mean? If cash flow positive means enough turnover to cover debts then this is a big turnaround. 2M will only last 3to 6 months and so they must be confident of some large contract news in the pipeline. | ericeb206
29/3/2007 00:19 | It is currently the directors' expectation that if such a placing occurs, no further issues of shares will be required prior to the Group being cash flow positive on an operational basis. Interesting | vitamal
28/3/2007 13:56 | Not having the placing underwritten makes me think the deal is done and the money is to be used for a contract already won but not reported. | timben
28/3/2007 08:59 | Well, the rumours were right. Interesting that the placing is not underwritten. VTI must be confident of getting the shares away (or not happy with the underwriting fees) Not much in the results to get excited about as far as I can see. They definitely need the money though ... and cant see them maitaining their stage in Hydrodec if it comes to that. They need the cash for their own business. | judge jury
27/3/2007 19:51 | Hydrodec has slipped back. It will clearly need more funds for expansion / working capital very soon. would virotec want to try and maintain its percentage share? | vitamal
27/3/2007 19:06 | Yup - I'd still like to see some Aquasolve contracts though ... | judge jury
27/3/2007 17:05 | Well we were advised that things looked "VERY ENCOURAGING" at the beging of the year!!! | timben
27/3/2007 16:35 | I hope that is right because if it is then it will only tide them over for a short period of time which suggests money in the pipeline in the medium term. The good news is that all the institutions are staying on board and so they must have had good updates from the company. | ericeb206
27/3/2007 16:23 | Presumably, there will be an announcement after the close today or before the open tomorrow. I would expect there to be some form of trading update with it (they would have told the new shareholders something about the latest performance of the business). | judge jury
27/3/2007 16:21 | A friend in the city confident that it is true | tubby028
27/3/2007 16:18 | Where did you see that? | timben
27/3/2007 15:44 | I believe that they have just raised 2m through a placing @12p | tubby028
27/3/2007 15:25 | Its not all about HYR.......is it?? | timben
27/3/2007 14:57 | HYR has been slipping | ericeb206 |
