Disappointing that after a month after selling the LDP stake that there has not been a hint of what the money is going to be spent on. I know these things take time but NL had already told us in October? what he was looking at so must have able to have chatted to the current operators back then. He has had the money burning in his pocket and with it being a buyers market I would have expected to have seen news by now. Will hold but will change targets to GGG to increase my stake as this might not have any news for a long time.
Should be worth it in the end though

Warrants are tradeable so there's no need to exercise them to establish value.

Maybe they need to execute those warrants.
I guess cash in bank is different from the option of cash in the bank.

Lets hope that LDP shoot up to 2.5p soon and then the warrants are exercised :)

Sacoil informing its shareholders that they are nearly ready to announce a series of tranactions which would have an material effect on the company.

without being contrary...the rns was pretty much self explanatory and the response does seem to worded like some snotty secretary wrote it (quite brash).

another tick up on ldp tomorrow and we will have a £3m company with £5m in cash and shares.

Next time you e-mail them to ask a question is how long until the next deal or a more sarcastic question to ask would have been,How long is shortly?
LOL

interesting response though - if the RNS had been worded better they wouldn't have had so many people emailing them for clarification!!!

In stating that, 'it has disposed of substantially all of its assets' only lends to speculate as to what has/hasn't been sold

i mean what exactly does 'substantially all' actually mean - is it correct for those two words to be next to each other in that sentence????

i havent had a reply yet - i'll let you know

marn2 - well done for clearing that up, and how right you are about most companies not bothering to reply.

I felt it was very positive that I recieved a reply. There are plenty of company's that don't bother.

Coco. this is the reply I had from the company today.

The company website states that the company still owns the stake in Brady. Also when the sale of the Leed stake was announced on 24 Jan, it specifically stated that the warrants were being retained. If they had been sold this would have been announced.

I hope this is helpful.

Kind regards
