17/2/2012 10:40 | seems like we share a couple of investments | cocorico2009
17/2/2012 10:39 | I have to say that it's nice that the company is keeping us up to date unlike some companies out there in AIMland. | marab
17/2/2012 10:38 | cocorico2009 - thanks for making me check my figures again. If |VIR| can manage an investment or two even half as profitable as the last two, I will be more than happy. Meanwhile the money is safe in the bank earning nothingpence a year in interest so I don't see the next investment taking to long. | marab
17/2/2012 10:32 | that's what i thought - thank you | cocorico2009
17/2/2012 10:29 | cocorico2009 - if we sold BRDY at a price of 2.11p and the warrants at full value with the LDP shares at 0.6p, then yes 0.78p looks about right. So share price of VIR at 0.52p pretty much a third less than the cash the company holds. Or to put it the other way, every £1 worth of VIR shares is worth about £1.50 in cash held by the company. That seems an overly generous discount to me, roll on the next investment. | marab
17/2/2012 10:18 | does this mean we now hold cash to 0.78p ps? | cocorico2009
17/2/2012 10:13 | Help me out here chaps, what makes you think they have not sold the LDP warrants? So instead of investments we have the cash value of those investments, looks good to me and I agree with Napoleon111's post and if we did that just once a year I would be more than happy. | marab
17/2/2012 10:12 | 'it has disposed of substantially all of its assets' does this mean it has sold BRDY as well? | cocorico2009
17/2/2012 09:58 | they must still think LDP is going much higher, otherwise they would exercise the warrants and then sell in the open market. 12 months to come up with the goods as you say. I suspect plans maybe well in hand | howdlep
17/2/2012 09:53 | still have the warants though so back to an investment company, but with 3 o4 4 times the cash 12 months to come up with the goods | napoleon111
17/2/2012 09:52 | 17 February 2012 Viridas plc ("Viridas" or the "Company") Investing Policy Update Viridas plc announces that following the disposal of its stake in Leed Petroleum plc, announced on 24 January 2012, it has disposed of substantially all of its assets, within the meaning of AIM Rule 15, and now has 12 months from 24 January 2012 to implement its current investing policy in accordance with AIM Rule 15 or make an acquisition(s) constituting a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14. | napoleon111
16/2/2012 20:41 | sweepie2 , I think they took the money and run away , why does it keeping moving south , any one? | abbey8
16/2/2012 08:23 | Heavy trading first thing, problem is that its mostly sells | sweepie2
15/2/2012 14:15 | Panelling.would,nt complain ,just keep adding. | bronislav
15/2/2012 14:07 | With LDP @ 0.61, BRDY @ 2.15p, the current NAV/share is 0.78p!!! WTF... | pamelling
15/2/2012 11:36 | Just had a top-up this morn, far two cheap at this price!!!.. | grannyboy
15/2/2012 11:26 | LDP on the move today | cocorico2009
15/2/2012 11:23 | Remember we hold 166.66m (@ 0.15p) LDP warrants which will be exercised and sold in due course. At the moment LDP is very strong so management may not be in any hurry to realise the gains just yet. We also have that BRDY investment which is already in profit from 1.15p. Exciting times are ahead. Time for VIR share price to play catch up imo. | howdlep
14/2/2012 09:57 | Another investment like LDP will take this share price over 1p. Exciting times for VIR. | moochy
14/2/2012 09:57 | A must read. Zoltav to buy LDP? Nice when we hold 166.66m warrants. | howdlep
14/2/2012 08:46 | Undervalued v its assets (see previous posts) so let the re rating begin | howdlep
14/2/2012 08:45 | Someone has confidence. At last perhaps. | share_shark
14/2/2012 08:40 | An interesting start to the session with buys going through, including a 1m premium buy at 0.57p | howdlep
14/2/2012 08:25 | Definate Buying Oppurtunity ARROWS = LOWS | moochy |
