I have to say that it's nice that the company is keeping us up to date unlike some companies out there in AIMland.

cocorico2009 - thanks for making me check my figures again. If |VIR| can manage an investment or two even half as profitable as the last two, I will be more than happy. Meanwhile the money is safe in the bank earning nothingpence a year in interest so I don't see the next investment taking to long.

cocorico2009 - if we sold BRDY at a price of 2.11p and the warrants at full value with the LDP shares at 0.6p, then yes 0.78p looks about right. So share price of VIR at 0.52p pretty much a third less than the cash the company holds. Or to put it the other way, every £1 worth of VIR shares is worth about £1.50 in cash held by the company. That seems an overly generous discount to me, roll on the next investment.

does this mean we now hold cash to 0.78p ps?

Help me out here chaps, what makes you think they have not sold the LDP warrants?

So instead of investments we have the cash value of those investments, looks good to me and I agree with Napoleon111's post and if we did that just once a year I would be more than happy.

'it has disposed of substantially all of its assets'

does this mean it has sold BRDY as well?

they must still think LDP is going much higher, otherwise they would exercise the warrants and then sell in the open market.

12 months to come up with the goods as you say. I suspect plans maybe well in hand

Remember we hold 166.66m (@ 0.15p) LDP warrants which will be exercised and sold in due course. At the moment LDP is very strong so management may not be in any hurry to realise the gains just yet.

We also have that BRDY investment which is already in profit from 1.15p. Exciting times are ahead.

Time for VIR share price to play catch up imo.
