how does the company explain the below:

paid £956,750 (in shares at 5p) for 51% of AC&D with another £318,250 to follow. So let's call that £1.275 million for 51% of a business that in 2012 made a pre-tax profit of 92,000 euro (call that £60,000). On a standard tax charge it thus paid a PE of c55. That seems pretty generous. Oh...15% of AC&D's sales in 2012 were to Vipera.
